Role Overview
Build and own the end-to-end user journey for a product that positively impacts thousands of women every day.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong user research and experience mindset to shape how women engage with and benefit from a novel digital health product. In this role, you’ll translate real user insights into thoughtful product decisions, run experiments, and work closely with health, design, and engineering teams to create an empathetic and effective experience. You’ll see women’s health improve as well as delight them in their journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of user experience, owning user-facing features end to end
- Experience working on a B2C digital product in a cross-functional tech startup environment
- Proven ownership of user research and product discovery, including user interviews, insight synthesis, and problem framing
- Hands-on experience designing and running experiments and using data to drive decisions
- Strong balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Deep curiosity about user behavior, motivations, and habit-building, especially in the health space
- Would love to obsess over health choices and building habits!
Key Responsibilities
1. User Research & Voice of the User
- Act as a strong advocate for the user within the product team
- Conduct and synthesize user interviews, qualitative feedback, and behavioral/usage data
- Bring user insights, motivations, and unmet needs into product discussions
- Translate research findings into clear problem statements and hypotheses
2. End-to-End User Journey & Experimentation
- Own the full user journey: onboarding, adherence to health products, completion, and long term retention
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user engagement, understanding, and long-term value
- Design and run experiments, applying learnings quickly to improve the experience
- Balance speed with rigor while iterating on product improvements
3. Ownership, Collaboration & AI-Enabled Product Leadership
- Take end-to-end ownership of your product area and proactively drive impact
- Prioritize effectively, define problems clearly, and make fast, informed product decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with health, design, and engineering teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, experimentation, and product decision-making
How Success Will Be Measured
Success will be evaluated through improvements in key user experience and behavior outcomes, including:
- Onboarding engagement
- Adherence to health products
- Program completion (e.g., consultations, feedback closure)
- User delight and emotional connection, measured via engagement, feedback, and sentiment
Benchmarks will be defined and refined collaboratively as the product and user base evolve.
