Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook

• Align content with campaign goals: brand visibility, lead generation, and user engagement

• Define content pillars (e.g., Education, Promotion, Product Demos, Testimonials) Content Creation & Publishing

• Create and manage diverse content formats—carousels, reels, short videos, memes, explainers

• Oversee content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all platforms

• Write compelling copy, captions, and video scripts tailored for B2B engagement Community Management & Engagement

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal community

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support outreach and campaign amplification

• Leverage trends and real-time content to stay relevant and increase reach Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

• Launch and monitor social campaigns targeting decision-makers in healthcare and sales industries

• Analyze engagement metrics, CTRs, follower growth, and content performance

• Optimize strategies based on insights to boost performance and ROI Team Collaboration & Training

• Manage and mentor social media interns or junior marketers

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and outreach teams for campaign cohesion

• Contribute to newsletters, product messaging, and multi-channel brand consistency 

Job Responsibilities :

- Work closely with product managers and other cross-functional teams to help define, scope, and deliver world-class products and high-quality features addressing key user needs.

- Translate requirements into system architecture and implement code while considering performance issues of dealing with billions of rows of data and serving millions of API requests every hour.

- Ability to take full ownership of the software development lifecycle from requirement to release.

-Writing and maintaining clear technical documentation enabling other engineers to step in and deliver efficiently.

- Embrace design and code reviews to deliver quality code.

- Play a key role in taking Trendlyne to the next level as a world-class engineering team

- Develop and iterate on best practices for the development team, ensuring adherence through code reviews.

- As part of the core team, you will be working on cutting-edge technologies like AI products, online backtesting, data visualization, and machine learning.

- Develop and maintain scalable, robust backend systems using Python and Django framework.

- Proficient understanding of the performance of web and mobile applications.

- Mentor junior developers and foster skill development within the team.

Job Requirements :

- 1+ years of experience with Python and Django.

- Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and Redis.

- (Optional) : Experience with web front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, You will also be involved in sales forecasting, account planning
• Every day, Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the daily transactions, journal entries, General ledger system and month end close work.
• Reconciliation of Customer and Suppliers accounts
• TDS, Income tax, PF, ESI & PT returns filling on a timely basis.
• Looking after all statutory deductions and remittances to Govt.
• Finalization of accounts in accordance with companies Act and accounting standards.
• Preparation of annual accounts at the end of the year according to the provision of the law.
• Review and Filing GSTR1 & GSTR 3B, & Reconciliation GSTR2A V/S GSTR 3B, and Filing Returns within due date along with the annual returned.
• Manage taxation like VAT, Service tax, TDS, Income tax, PF & ESI & returns on timely basis
• Every Month Filing Statutory Returned within due date like, Sales Tax, Service Tax, PT, ESIC, EPF, &
• Filing GST like GSTR1, 2A,3B, etc. Monthly Deducting Tds for Contractors, Salary Employees, OtherVendors, which is applicable for Tds.
• Compilation of form 16 and form 16A, Quarterly and annually returned prescribed under the income tax Act, 1961 for tax deducted at source u/s 192 to 194- K

• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. In-depth knowledge in the below areas:
