Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving technical and account-related issues.
• Guide new users through the platform, ensuring a smooth start and full adoption of Kwikpic features
• Monitor account health, proactively address concerns, and help customers maximize the platform’s value.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers, conducting check-ins and ensuring continued customer satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and communicate feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communications, or related fields).
• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Support, preferably in SaaS, digital products, or subscription-based services.
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client engagement skills.
• Comfortable using CS tools, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or in-house tools).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a love for helping customers succeed.

Role Summary:

Front-end Developer who would contribute towards building a highly flexible and scalable front-end by bringing deep core technology expertise.

Job Description:

- Ensure proper offline access using service workers and PWA

- Develop components which are SEO friendly

- Have experience in server-side rendering

- Drive evolution of application performance

- Ensure project scalability by having good project architecture

Skill Requirements:

- Good experience in HTML5, CSS3, JS - React

- React native

- Angular - Redux exposure - Have handled service workers and PWA caching and updates - CSS pre-processors knowledge like sass - Knowledge of webpack, parcel, grunt etc.

-Knowledge of pre-processors like SASS/LESS, CSS-Modules.

- Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts (Gulp / Grunt)

-Have an eye for good UI/UX, Progressive Web Apps, Responsive Design

Detailed JD: Data Integration: Manage the seamless integration various data lake, ensuring that jobs are running as expected, validate the data ingested , track the DQ checks , rerun/reprocess the jobs in case of failures post figuring out the RCAs

Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and validate data quality during and after the migration process, implementing checks and corrective actions as needed.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to data issues encountered during the weekly/monthly processing and operational procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to data processing, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Development

● Lead the end-to-end instructional design process to create engaging, scalable, and user-centric learning content.

● Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), guides, and job aids.

● Ensure all training content aligns with adult learning principles, industry best practices, and company objectives.

SaaS Integration Training

● Design and deliver training programs focused on SaaS platform integration, API usage, and customization workflows.

● Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable learning solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform updates, integration capabilities, and best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

● Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

● Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.

● Collaborate with customer success, product management, and marketing teams to align training with customer journeys.

Technology & Tools

● Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create e-learning modules.

● Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and distribute content effectively.

● Integrate multimedia elements, interactive simulations, and assessments into training materials to enhance engagement.

Metrics & Improvement ● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, performance data, and completion rates.

● Continuously iterate on learning content to improve quality and relevance.

● Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, marketing, support) to incorporate customer insights and real-world use cases into training content, ensuring that all learning solutions meet both business and customer needs.

● Align training content with business and customer success goals, ensuring measurable impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention. Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs to optimize learning outcomes and business results.

● Utilize an agile instructional design approach to quickly adapt training content in response to evolving product features, customer feedback, and business requirements. Regularly update and improve course materials to keep pace with product updates.

● Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of training initiatives to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. Manage competing priorities and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

● 9+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Proven experience in creating training for SaaS platforms, particularly in integration and API-based workflows.

● Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

● Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), video editing tools, and graphic design software.

● Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.

Linarc is a Silicon Valley startup and has an engineering office in Chennai, India. We are building the first integrated project management and operations support platform for the field services industry.

We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to build the heart of our platform and services. We value skills over credentials, building things rather than what college or company you worked at and expertise over experience.

What does an ideal candidate look like?

• You have worked in a team to develop complex apps. Experience building SaaS apps is a strong plus. You can work on both backend and frontend, and you specialise in frontend engineering.
• You have 3+ years of full stack development experience, a large part of which is deep frontend development.
• You have extensive knowledge of one of Vue.js, React or Angular. We use Vue.js, but are open to working with people who have worked on modern JS stacks.
• You have extensive experience of working with RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of Git and other collaboration tools. Do you know and use git-flow? Do you have strong opinions about git branching and release strategies? Do you use CI? Good, we would love to talk to you.

• We would love it if you have experience with one or more of Firebase/Redis/Mongo/Postgres and other backend experience, but this is not required.
• We would love it if you have experience with AWS OR other public cloud providers, but this is not required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement components of our web application, and admin panel
• Build a robust, lightweight, and high-performance client-side app
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Write documentation and guides for web app & admin panel

Key Qualifications

• Expertise in ReactJS/Redux
• Working knowledge of TypeScript or Flow is a plus
• PURE experience of 1.5 Years and more in Frontend Development
• Expert-level knowledge of developing, shipping, and maintaining Javascript applications
• Knowledge of general software design patterns
• Deep understanding of Javascript
• Up-to-date on the latest build tools, and libraries such as ES6, Webpack, Babel
• Proficient in Javascript with strong object-oriented design skills

Build large scale web applications with Single Page Applications (SPA) architecture.

Experience to develop MV(C) based front end frameworks.

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, preferably React.JS.

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX and Redux.

Proficient with Chrome Developer Tools.
