Job Title : Flutter Developer

Experience : 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and build advanced mobile apps for Android & iOS using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into apps.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform tests for robustness.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness in all apps.

Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience in Flutter app development.
• Proficient in Dart with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with Android/iOS mobile development (native or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with Firebase, RESTful APIs, and version control tools (Git).
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) and Agile methodologies.

Role: DevOps Engineer

Experience: 2–3+ years

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from office)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container management
• Proven experience managing infrastructure (On-premise or AWS/VMware)
• Experience with version control systems (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for system performance tracking
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to support production issues during odd hours when required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS, Docker, or VMware
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies

Key responsibilities:

● Prototype Development: Build and validate prototypes by designing datasets and performing fine-tuning to demonstrate model feasibility and effectiveness.

● Model Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning process for large language models, leveraging both open-source solutions (e.g., LORA, LLAMA 2/3) and proprietary models like GPT 3.5/4.0 to address specific business needs.

● Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Design and optimize advanced RAG systems,implementing efficient methods for chunking, indexing, and managing complex document formats, such as PDFs.

● Agentic Workflows: Develop and apply agentic workflows to create advanced conversation agents tailored for various use cases.

● Prompt Engineering: Craft effective prompts to enhance the performance of large language models, such as GPT-4 and Cloud 3, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

● Inference Frameworks: Utilize inference frameworks like VAM and advanced pipelines to improve scalability and streamline the deployment of machine learning models.

● ML Model Deployment: Lead the deployment and productionization of machine learning models, collaborating closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration into products.

● Conversational Experiences: Work with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to craft engaging and personalized conversational AI experiences for end-users.

● Independent Execution: Demonstrate the ability to independently manage projects, deliver features, and achieve outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

● Data Personalization: Leverage and analyze existing datasets to enhance model performance and create tailored user experiences, fine-tuning models to align with unique business cases.

Requirements:

● 8+ years of experience

● Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI

● Understanding of financial concepts and investing would be a big plus but not required

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver effective training programs on technical subjects to students or employees, ensuring clear understanding and practical skill development. The trainer will design training content, conduct engaging sessions, and evaluate learner progress to enhance technical competency aligned with industry standards.

What kind of work will you get?

We are looking for a java developer.

Examples of technical tasks:

Working on our backend SDK to implement APIs that will be consumed by the frontend widgets

Designing APIs for different auth recipes

Architecting auth flows

You will also be given non technical tasks like product brain storming, competitor analysis and writing documentation.

Requirements

Well versed in java with 2+ years of professional experience

Familiar with and comfortable working with Web frameworks like FastAPI, Django and Flask

Familiar with HTTP networking in java

Strong understanding of async and sync modes in java

Bonus:

Built an in-house authentication or authorization solution or worked with solutions such as Keycloak, Auth0, Ory, Okta etc

Discussion on your past work, this will involve sharing your work (code and output) via screen share

Architecture discussion and general programming related live code problems.

You will be allowed to use Google throughout the interview and you will be required to have screen share on.

Technical Interview (2/2) - 1.5 hour

This will involve a discussion to assess the breadth and depth of your technical knowledge and general questions on various technical topics.

You will not be asked to write any code

Chat with the Co-Founder - 1 hour
