Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives for global clients within the data engineering domain, aligning technical solutions with business objectives
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring continuous grooming and prioritization aligned with client goals
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders) to ensure seamless delivery
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement in processes, timelines, and product quality
• Track and report team performance metrics, sprint progress, and release planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT services with a mix of business analysis and Agile delivery roles
• Strong experience working with data engineering teams / data platforms
• Proven experience in delivering client-facing digital products and managing complex stakeholder environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to balance business and technical priorities

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Build and scale backend services using Node.js & Express
• Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance
• Contribute to frontend features with Next.js & React
• Debug production issues, optimize API latency & CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate MathJax (LaTeX rendering) & VdoCipher (secure video)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong DSA fundamentals — logical thinking over competitive coding
• Deep JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge: Closures, Promises, Event Loop
• 1–2 original projects (no To-Do apps or tutorial clones)
• Ability to independently pick up Docker, Redis, or AWS
• Ownership mindset — ensure it works in production, not just locally

BONUS POINTS

• Docker / containerization basics
• Real-world AWS experimentation (EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Active GitHub profile: open-source contributions or unique projects

Responsibilities : 

• Conduct product demonstrations at hospitals to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the device. 
• Product installation and provide troubleshooting support for devices. 
• Perform site assessments and communicate device requirements to the remote team. 
• Train healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, as well as patients, on the use of the Dozee device and the patient monitoring dashboard. 
• Coordinate with the remote team, providing detailed updates on activities conducted during site visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in ad hoc operational task, as required

Desired Experience:

• Graduation /Diploma ( Science / ITI preferred) 
• 0-2 years of field operations/ field sales experience from healthcare or hospital industry.
• Open to travel within the city . 
• Open to working inside hospital wards and work in night shifts- occasionally as required,
• Good communication skills and fluency in local languages
• Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
• Candidate should have basic understanding of operating a computer Additional

Key Skills required (Items in Bold are mandatory keywords) :

1. Proficiency in Python  & Django

2. Solid understanding of Python concepts

3. Experience with some form of Machine Learning (ML)

5. Some form of experience with NLP and Deep Learning using any of Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn or similar

6. Hands on experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or MySQL

7. Experience building REST APIs using DRF or Flask

8. Comfort with Git repositories, branching and deployment using Git

9. Working experience with Docker

10. Experience in deploying Django applications to AWS,Digital Ocean or Heroku

• Mandatory - Hands on experience in Python and PySpark.

• Build pySpark applications using Spark Dataframes in Python using Jupyter notebook and PyCharm(IDE).

• Worked on optimizing spark jobs that processes huge volumes of data.

• Hands on experience in version control tools like Git.

• Worked on Amazon’s Analytics services like Amazon EMR, Lambda function etc

• Worked on Amazon’s Compute services like Amazon Lambda, Amazon EC2 and Amazon’s Storage service like S3 and few other services like SNS.

• Experience/knowledge of bash/shell scripting will be a plus.

• Experience in working with fixed width, delimited , multi record file formats etc.

• Hands on experience in tools like Jenkins to build, test and deploy the applications

• Awareness of Devops concepts and be able to work in an automated release pipeline environment.

• Excellent debugging skills.

• Candidate should have strong knowledge of Javascript and HTML5 Canvas
• Should have knowledge of HTML5 Canvas Drawing Pad
• Experience in HTML5 Canvas is a must
• Thorough semantics-level understanding of HTML5 Canvas
• Good understanding of JavaScript programming and DOM manipulation
• Understanding and deployment of Responsive Web Design
• Understanding of how web design/dev is related to web Performance

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
