Ensure emergency preparedness and response compliance and ready to operate 24X7 fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Fire alarm system, Public Announcement System, SCBA Safety shower, Spill control Kit, ambulance etc.
Ensure pressure vessel, Lifting tool tackles, hoist and lifts etc testing and compliance, form-9, form-33 etc.
Workplace health & hygiene monitoring
Ensure the compliance of EHS legal register and compliance register
Ensure the compliance of local EHS procedures, EHS Manual, EHS Policy, On site emergency plan.

Function / Department: Engineering – Electrical & Instrumentation
About the Role
This role involves leading the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) design and estimation function for water and wastewater treatment projects. The position focuses on design calculations, tender evaluation, proposal support, and vendor coordination to ensure technical accuracy and cost efficiency in project delivery.

Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
 
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in the water industry (Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Desalination, or similar domains)
 
Key Skills & Expertise
- Design and estimation of MCC, PLC, cabling, and field instruments
 - Hands-on experience in process and proposal engineering for E&I estimation
 - Strong understanding of tender specifications and ability to estimate E&I scope accurately
 - Vendor and client coordination for technical clarifications and commercial evaluations
 - Proficiency in preparing design documents, datasheets, and engineering drawings
 
Key Responsibilities
- Perform design calculations for electrical panels, MCCs, cables, and earthing systems
 - Estimate power consumption, size motors and MCCs based on plant requirements
 - Review tender documents and prepare specifications and datasheets for MCCs, motors, cables, and LPBS
 - Develop single line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and VFD panel specifications
 - Prepare plant layouts for cable trays, earthing systems, and related E&I infrastructure
 - Generate load lists (process & supply) based on mechanical and process inputs
 - Prepare cable and interconnection schedules for WTP/STP/ETP projects
 - Create instrument indices, IO lists, JB schedules, SOV box schedules, and RFQs for PLC systems and field instruments (PG, PT, MGFT, LS, LG, analyzers, etc.)
 - Conduct technical evaluations of vendor offers for MCCs, motors, cables, VFDs, PLCs, and instruments
 - Participate in inspection, testing, and FATs for panels and E&I systems at vendor facilities
