Customer Experience Executive

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Job Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email, social media and chat platforms

• Provide accurate information and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

• Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set for the role

• Maintain customer data and records accurately in the designated systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree

• Candidate should have 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

• Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed

• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

• Proficiency in using computers and knowledge of email and chat platforms

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface
• Construct visualisations that are able to depict vast amounts of data
• Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team
• Work with the product team and graphic designers
• Learn and understand user interactions
• Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in Work Frontend Frameworks like Bootstrap, MUI & Antd.
• Must have experience in ES6
• Hands-on experience with REACT REDUX
• Hands-on experience with REDUX SAGA or REDUX ToolKit
• Experience with HTML5 / CSS3
• Experience in creating REST API's based on NODE JS
• GraphQL is a plus
• Must have Git knowledge
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Install, configuration management, performance tuning and monitoring of Web, App and Database servers.
• Install, setup and management of Java, PHP and NodeJS stack with software load balancers.
• Install, setup and administer MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch & PostgreSQL DBs.
• Install, set up and maintenance monitoring solutions for like Nagios, Zabbix.
• Design and implement DevOps processes for new projects following the department's objectives of automation.
• Collaborate on projects with development teams to provide recommendations, support and guidance.
