Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at NextNation. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our talent mobility division, with a particular focus on managing exam preparation programs, curriculum development, trainer recruitment, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the operational workflow of our Talent Mobility services
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of exam preparation trainers for IELTS, PTE, Goethe, and other international language examinations
- Develop, review, and update curriculum materials for various exam preparation courses to ensure quality and relevance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring high satisfaction rates and addressing concerns promptly
- Coordinate with international university partners and education providers to stay updated on admission requirements and procedures
- Monitor quality standards across all operational aspects of the study abroad division
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development goals
- Ensure compliance with education industry regulations and standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience specifically in the study abroad industry
- Proven track record in recruiting and managing trainers for international exams including IELTS, PTE, and Goethe examinations
- Experience in curriculum development and educational content creation
- Strong background in customer relationship management with demonstrated ability to handle student concerns and maintain satisfaction
- Excellent understanding of international education systems and visa requirements
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
