Key Responsibilities:

• Dollar Universe Administration:
• Install, configure, and upgrade the Dollar Universe software.
• Manage and maintain the Dollar Universe environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor and optimize job schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely job execution.
• Job Scheduling:
• Design, develop, and manage job schedules, workflows, and dependencies using Dollar Universe.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job failures, delays, or misconfigurations.
• Collaborate with application teams to understand their job scheduling requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• System Integration:
• Integrate Dollar Universe with other IT systems and applications as needed.
• Support integration with databases, operating systems, and third-party tools.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Dollar Universe administration.
• Generate and maintain reports on job execution, performance metrics, and system health.
• Incident & Change Management:
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for issues related to Dollar Universe.
• Provide support during critical production periods, including off-hours and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

1.     End to end sales (Lead generation, Follow ups, Demo Presentation, Lead Closure, Client Facing) of company products and services

2.     Drive sales efforts within assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services and cross-selling complementary offerings to maximize revenue

3.     This is a critical role, and the person must possess a thorough knowledge of the organizations products/ services, working across all types of industries & building a cross-industry understanding. F5 is looking for a Principal Software Engineer with experience in building FIPS-ready cryptography-based security solutions at scale. You will participate in the design and implementation of F5’s Edge Computing platform that is used to deploy global, scalable and secure applications. Your work includes, but not limited to, design, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging of security services of F5’s platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and business leaders to understand the requirements for providing FIPS-ready cryptography-based security services for F5’s platform, design solutions, and implement them
• You will develop software for identity related security foundations of Volterra platform - Identity Management, Key Management, Secure Bootstrapping, Authentication, Authorization, Secrets Management, etc.
