Role Overview

As a Lead Data Scientist / Data Analyst, you’ll combine analytical thinking, business acumen, and technical expertise to design and deliver impactful data-driven solutions. You’ll lead analytical problem-solving for retail clients — from data exploration and visualisation to predictive modelling and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects — from hypothesis framing and data wrangling to insight delivery and model implementation.
• Drive exploratory data analysis (EDA), identify patterns/trends, and derive meaningful business stories from data.
• Design and implement statistical and machine learning models (e.g., segmentation, propensity, CLTV, price/promo optimisation).
• Build and automate dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reports for ongoing business monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to deploy solutions in production environments.
• Present complex analyses in a clear, business-oriented way, influencing decision-making across retail categories.
• Promote an agile, experiment-driven approach to analytics delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or consulting (preferably in the retail domain)
• Proven ability to connect business questions to analytical solutions and communicate insights effectively
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying large datasets
• Advanced Python for statistical analysis, machine learning, and data processing
• Intermediate PySpark / Databricks skills for working with big data
• Comfortable with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of statistical techniques (Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, regression, A/B testing, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)

Good to Have

• Experience designing data pipelines or analytical workflows in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sales, margin, penetration, conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.)
• Prior exposure to Promotion or Pricing analytics 
• Dashboard development or reporting automation expertise

- Plant, prune, water, and fertilize plants, trees, and gardens

- Maintain lawns, including mowing, edging, and weeding

- Monitor and control pests, diseases, and weeds

- Perform garden maintenance tasks, such as raking leaves and cleaning garden beds

- Operate gardening equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and pruners

- Maintain garden irrigation systems and perform repairs as needed

- Collaborate with other gardeners or landscaping staff to achieve gardening goals

- Keep gardens and outdoor spaces clean and tidy

Position: Technicians / Riggers.

Qualification: ITI /Diploma Electrical or Electronics or technicians.

Experience: 3 years + experience Telecom field (preferably in IBS Network)

Job Description for Technicians / Riggers:-

·        Knowledge of RIL Automation tools: JPW

·        Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of

o  IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.

o  Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment, etc

o  SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communication

o  Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.

o  Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.

·        Overall hygiene of site

·        Reset and/or Replacement of HW /cards - Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site.

·        Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP - Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP.

·        Related tasks as instructed by NOC 

·        Required to climb mobile towers.

·        Tower climbing training will be provided before joining.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to help design our backend Systems to support both the Mobile App and WebApp

Requirements:

• Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
• Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when.
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred.
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

What are we looking for? :

- Experience of upto 3 years in PHP or other backend programming languages.

- Understanding of MVC structures, OOPs concepts and Frameworks.

- Experience working with Linux, Nginx or Apache and Git, REST APIs.

- Experience with Third party API integrations and using various vendor libraries.

- Have knowledge of Database schemas, structures and migrations.

- Experience in Laravel would be a huge plus.
