Product Manager

Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product & features roadmap for short-
and long-term releases, based on business opportunities and market research.

● Work with cross-functional product teams to accomplish product objectives,
overseeing timelines and meeting deadlines for product releases.
● Validate detailed specifications and development costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue.
● Responsible for product launch and release plans. Coordinates internal and external product launches working with Marketing Support and Training
teams.
● Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g.,
Buy/Build decisions)
● Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform the team of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research
studies.
● Create and maintain profit and loss documentation for products and services.
● Act as liaison between Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new
product development

Desired Profile: System Integrator – Tech, solution specialist, Business Analyst, PMO, part of the product team, etc

 

Must-Know: lending eco-system, cloud strategy/offering, etc, Documentation n Presentation, Influencer in a way, etc

 

Nice to have: Knowledge of modern architecture, data warehouse - lead generation/curation/analytics, in-depth knowledge of any LOS / LMS / BRE / LCS / accounting, six sigma, scrum practice, active on social media, entrepreneur, worked in Start-up, etc.

• Define and document detailed requirements detailing market opportunities and associated technical integrations in collaboration with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders with ISVs and strategic partners.
• Drive product execution across a large set of engineers, product designers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on company Platform collaterals and sales tools such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.
• Conduct usability testing interviews to gather feedback on Product integration prototypes.
• Identify market opportunities and conduct customer/user research interviews in conjunction with lead Product Managers.
• Deliver product management analysis, including market requirements, and customer experience artifacts.
• Develop a deep understanding of the RDBMS competitive market landscape and product analysis.
• Own the roadmap of active and future projects and maintain the backlog of features and priorities.
• Be outcome and KPI drove to achieve growth of your products and take the right actions accordingly.
• Work with the engineering and product team to ensure proper investment and execution in support of your strategy.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control.

Requirements:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role, with at least 3 years of those in a product management role.
• Have experience defining a roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches.
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
• Thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a fast-moving startup. That means flexibility as well as dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering, and Design.
• 2+ years experience in data infrastructure or related IaaS products and/or services; AWS and/or Google Cloud background preferred.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, and data-driven product decision-making mindset.
• Experience with product management planning and design tools - Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, AHA!

Nice to have:

• Strong proficiency in the big data ecosystem e.g. Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Technically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, enterprise software.
• Worked on data platforms or streaming applications.

• Minimum of 4+ years of software product management experience, preferably in the Product based, e-Commerce, or Retail industry.

• Up to date with the latest developments in AR and AI technologies.
• Preferably with previous experience as a software engineer and moved to a product management role.

Product Manager

We are looking to hire a smart product manager who is passionate about taking up ideas and

bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales and support to ensure smooth product roll out and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

• As a product manager, you will take end to end ownership of a product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, creating preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
