Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & DealHub Administration
- Own the day-to-day enhancement and support of DealHub CPQ, including its most complex configuration areas: advanced pricing rules and conditions, constraint-based product configuration, dynamic bundles, approval workflows, output document templates, and DealRoom customization
- Manage and maintain the DealHub–Salesforce integration, ensuring data integrity, sync reliability, and alignment between CPQ objects and Salesforce records (Opportunities, Quotes, Products, Pricebooks)
- Own core Salesforce admin tasks: user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, list views, and validation rules
- Monitor org health, data quality, and storage; perform routine audits and deduplication
- Assist with deployments and release management using Gearset, including change tracking, comparisons, and sandbox-to-production pipelines
- Leverage Sweep.io to support org visualization, documentation, and Salesforce configuration management
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and views to support business visibility and decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support across Salesforce and DealHub, and a first-line resource for the broader IS stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues promptly, escalating to senior team members or vendors when needed
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across systems in accordance with IT policies
- Onboard new users with guided setup, training, and documentation
- Maintain a support queue and keep users informed of progress and resolution
Application Configuration & Integrations
- Own and evolve the DealHub–Salesforce integration, including field mappings, sync logic, and troubleshooting data flow issues between the two systems
- Help document system configurations, integration logic, and data flows across the IS stack
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain up-to-date internal documentation including user guides, process maps, and system configuration notes
- Identify opportunities to improve user adoption, system usability, and process efficiency across the stack
- Stay current with Salesforce and DealHub releases; proactively flag relevant new features to the team
- Contribute to IS team projects and initiatives as directed by the Business Applications Manager
What We're Looking For
- Hands on experience with DealHub Subscription Billing System and Consumption Based pricing
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) - relevant experience will be evaluated alongside other salesforce certifications.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a professional or project-based setting
- Solid working knowledge of core Salesforce features: objects, fields, automation, reports & dashboards, user management, and security model
- DealHub experience, including demonstrated proficiency in its most complex configuration areas:
- Advanced pricing rules, tiered and usage-based pricing, and multi-currency scenarios
- Constraint-based and configurable product bundling
- Complex approval workflows and conditional approval chains
- Output document template design and dynamic content logic
- DealRoom configuration and buyer experience customization
- DealHub–Salesforce integration management and troubleshooting
- Clear, professional communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requests simultaneously
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping users get the most from their tools

Position Overview:
The Principal Cloud Network Engineer is a key interface to Client teams and is responsible to develop convincing technical solutions. This requires them to work closely with clients for multiple partner-vendors teams to architect the solution.
This position requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. You are required to anticipate, create, and define an innovative solution which matches customer’s needs and the clients tactical and strategic requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement next-generation networking technologies
- Deploy/support large-scale production network
- Track, analyze, and trend capacity on the broadcast network and datacenter infrastructure
- Provide Tier 3 escalated network support
- Perform fault management and problem resolution
- Work closely with other departments, vendors, and service providers
- Perform network change management, support modifications, and maintenance
- Perform network upgrade, maintenance, and repair work
- Lead implementation of new systems

Must Have Skills:
Candidates with overall 10+ years of experience in the following:

- Palo Alto Firewall / Panorama, Big-IQ, and NetBrain tools/technology standards to daily support and enhance performance, improve reliability .
- Creating a real-time contextual living map of Client’s network with detailed network specifications, including diagrams, equipment configurations with defined standards
- Improve the reliability of the service, bring in proactiveness to identify and prevent impact to customers by eliminating Single Point of Failure (SPOF).
- Capturing critical forensic data, and providing complete visibility across the enterprise, for security incidents as soon as a threat is detected, by implementing tools like NetBrain.
