Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions in line with S/4HANA best practices.
- Configure SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Credit Management, and Returns Processing.
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Make-to-Order (MTO), Third-Party Orders, and Intercompany Sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP SD module, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of core SD processes – Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Credit & Debit Memo, Returns.
- Hands-on experience with MTO, Third-Party Order Processing, and Intercompany Sales in S/4HANA.
- Good knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD.
- Experience with integration points between SD and other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, WM, TM).
- Knowledge of SAP SD tables, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Flexible to work US EST overlap hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Warehouse Management (WM) in S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations and greenfield implementations.
- Understanding of credit management in S/4HANA.
- SAP SD certification.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related fields.
- Experience building and managing a team of agents in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.
- Proficient in using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agriculture Products and Farming is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Monarch product line or similar technical field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones.
Experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
