You will collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content that blends AI innovation with human creativity.

🎬 Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, digital marketing, and internal communication.
• Develop storylines and visual narratives aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Add transitions, animations, color corrections, sound effects, and captions to enhance viewer engagement.
• Create and adapt short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Integrate AI-based video editing tools for efficient production while maintaining creative authenticity.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects with consistent quality standards.

Graphic Design

• Design engaging static and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social posts, thumbnails, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and visual content.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to visualize concepts and campaign ideas.
• Produce infographics, banners, and email visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other professional platforms.
• Prepare templates and design systems for recurring creative needs.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Graduate in any field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

Creative Skills

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields preferred.

* 8+ years of experience developing core Java applications across enterprise, SME, or start-up

* Proven experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for Voice related issues

·       SMSC, SMPP, HTTP, HTTPS, SIGTRAN, SS7 experience

·       Knowledge and relevant experience on VPN and messaging nodes (SMSC, Bulk SMS, SMSR, SMS HUB)

·       Manage day to day operations of SMPP SS7 SMS NOC Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting

·       New clients interconnect and interconnection testing

·       Monitoring of all alarms/alerts/Performance from system and System health checklist for various nodes

·       Monitoring €“ Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time

·       Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity

·       Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service

·       Use a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported events Head to Head testing/configuration with clients

Responsibilities

·       Develop Python-based APIs using FastAPI and Flask frameworks.

·       Develop Python-based Automation scripts and Libraries.

·       Develop Front End Components using VueJS and ReactJS.

·       Writing and modifying Docker files for the Back-End and Front-End Components.

·       Integrate CI/CD pipelines for Automation and Code quality checks.

·       Writing complex ORM mappings using SQLAlchemy.

Required Skills:

·       Strong experience in Python development in a full stack environment is a requirement, including NodeJS, VueJS/Vuex, Flask, etc.

Job Summary

A Developer/Sr. Developer is responsible for writing clean and flawless code to produce fully functional modules or apps according to the requirements; as part of day-to-day work. A Developer/Sr. Developer is expected to possess expert-level knowledge of the Force.com platform and an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

A Developer/Sr. Developer needs to conduct the following responsibilities at work -

• Billability of at least 40 hrs per week (Util Target). Resource needs to ensure that assigned hours are utilized on each project.
• Use knowledge of Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
• Set best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
• Perform and plan code reviews with developers on a consistent cadence
• Perform thorough analysis on requirements i.e.
• Obtain a deep understanding of the desired output
• Check whether the implementation is possible or not; respecting the Salesforce environment’s limitations or governors
• Evaluate whether stated requirement (or a part) can be achieved via configuration before opting for coding

A Developer/Sr. Developer must discuss the approach with TL (Technical Lead)/TM (Technical Manager)or an onshore TA and finalize the ETAs.

Develop high-quality scalable code by

• Leverage recommended frameworks (ex. Test framework or Trigger framework)
• Write comprehensive test code asserting all possible use cases
• Perform thorough unit tests
• Fix all bugs reported from QA/UAT
• Work on deployments through recommended tools and methodologies.
• Time-bound R&D for any unknown or newer areas
• Developing reusable code components in a project
• Mentor, assist and review peer developers within the teams
• Document design and architecture

Qualification

• Required - Minimum Bachelor's or Equivalent Degree in Computers
• Required - SFDC certifications (Administrator/ PD1)

• Required - Work Experience in Healthcare & Insurance Industry.
