Job Description : Blockchain Data & ML Engineer

As a Blockchain Data & ML Engineer, you’ll work on ingesting and modelling on-chain behaviour, building scalable data pipelines, and designing systems that support intelligent, autonomous market interaction.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines for ingesting and processing blockchain data.
• Assist in designing, training, and validating machine learning models for prediction and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and document experimental results.
• Develop monitoring tools to track model accuracy, data drift, and system health.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and execution teams to integrate ML components into production systems.
• Design and maintain databases and storage systems to efficiently manage large-scale datasets.

Ideal Traits

• Strong in data structures, algorithms, and core CS fundamentals.
• Proficiency in any programming language
• Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and database design, along with a basic    understanding of machine learning and blockchain fundamentals.

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales of corporate kiosks, industrial Label printers, Line Matrix Printers, and POS terminals (80% primary product).
• Sales of AIDC printers (20% secondary product).
• Conduct periodic meetings with end customers across various verticals.
• Manage new business development with a focus on corporate customers.
• Own the entire sales cycle from quoting to collection.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets.

Job Responsibilities -

● Identifying and onboarding the potential DSAs and Channel partners from open market

● Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners to drive business targets

● Provide day to day operational support to your channel partners

● Responsible for driving monthly sales targets and respective business metrics

Job Requirements -

● Excellent sales skills, e.g. rapport building and negotiation skills

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Should have prior experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages (Home loan and

LAP)

● Own Conveyance and strong local industry network are preferred for this role

• Responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, system analysis, GAP analysis, end-user training, Preparing BRD, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, defining support procedures, and leading workstreams implementations and supporting end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Provide Functional Consulting & Business analysis by gaining industry knowledge of various business domains such as Online Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Distribution, Automobile etc, with industry best practices.
• Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and convert the same to company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
• Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct a gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements to our technical team members and translate technology solutions from our technical team to the customers.
• Prepare a business requirement document (BRD) for our customer’s business needs.
• Prepare a detailed scope of work (SOW) resulting from personalization sessions to our customers in the pre-sales phase to provide proposed solutions for the customer’s business requirements.
• Manage the full life cycle of Odoo ERP Implementation and Testing phases. Analyze and report any malfunctions found in our customized solutions or standard Odoo ERP features and functionalities to the technical team. (for example, by testing different business cases or impersonating users)
• Develop solution design from what is available in Odoo as a standard feature(s) and lead the customer throughout the implementation and support phases.
• Manage all aspects of the configuration process for the customer from configuration through to acceptance and sign-off.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions (workshops) with new customers to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote.
• Ensure proper training is given to the end-users and that the new system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals (Technical Developers & Business Analysts) to define and implement solutions related to ERP.
• Responding to customer tickets/queries (about our products, services, solutions, ongoing ERP projects & maintenance contracts) in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, virtual meeting or chat.
• Possessing excellent business application knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Update our internal ERP system with information about technical issues reported by the customer and useful discussions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Processing:

Prepare and review purchase orders from various departments or individuals within the organization.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, ensuring they are properly authorized and comply with company policies.

Enter purchase order details into the accounting system (Tally Prime)

Invoice Verification and Processing:

Gather invoices and match them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.

Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues.

Engage in Warehousing activities related to invoices and inventory.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Ensure vendor accounts are accurately maintained in the accounting system, including contact information and payment terms.

Communicate payment schedules to vendors and provide remittance advice as required.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable, such as the outstanding creditor's reports, vendor ageing payables, and vendor statements.

Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software or Electronics related Engineering discipline or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience designing and developing embedded solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages - C, C++.
• Ability to understand the electrical schematics and work closely with the electrical team.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems.
• Experience writing/interfacing with device drivers
• Experience with CAN, TCP/IP, RS232 communication protocols
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies.
• History of driving project execution and timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life.
• Excellent teaming skills to work with cross-functional and in a multi-site software team

• Experience with In Vitro Diagnostic domain is a plus.
