What You'll Do

•  Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.

What We're Looking For

•  4–6 years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript(6 months atleast).
•  Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
•  Experience working in fast-paced, scalable product environments.
•  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
•  Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scalable business is a strong plus.
•  Bonus if you come from an IIT or Tier1 engineering background.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, coordinate office activities, and support staff to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily office operations and administration
• Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general inquiries
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange appointments
• Support HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leaves
• Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and a well-functioning work environment

Role : ServiceNow (ITSM +HRSD) Developer

Qualification :Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Employee Onboarding.
• Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITSM and HRSD processes and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and external platforms using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITSM and HRSD best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and ITSM/HRSD-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of IT and HR departments.
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures for ServiceNow applications and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Employee Onboarding.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with ITIL and HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
• Solid understanding of software development best practices

1) Writing blogs, articles and press releases by co-ordinating directly with the Technical/SEO team.

2) Writing / Proof-reading corporate website content for US and UK based clients.

3) Preparing documentation, user manual and technical documentation for several IT projects related to Magento,WordPress,WooCommerce,Shopify etc.

4) Preparing Content for Social Media Promotion.
