Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive with proven expertise in the building material industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling products such as AAC blocks, ALC wall panels, cement, tiles, or similar construction materials. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the assigned region, building strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers, and ensuring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new customers including builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Promote and sell products like AAC blocks, wall panels, cement, and tiles.
• Conduct regular site visits, customer meetings, and product demos.
• Maintain and expand the customer database in the assigned territory.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with logistics and back-end teams for order fulfillment.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials (AAC blocks, cement, tiles, etc.).
• Strong network and relationships in the construction and real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

1. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory

2. ⁠Create and manage data models in PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

3. ⁠Optimize query performance and database performance in PostgreSQL, including indexing, query tuning, and performance monitoring.

4. Strong knowledge on data modeling and mapping from various sources to data model.

5. ⁠Develop and maintain logging mechanisms in Azure Data Factory to monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines.

6. Strong knowledge on Key Vault, Azure Data lake, PostgreSQL

7. ⁠Manage file handling within Azure Data Factory, including reading, writing, and transforming data from various file formats.

8. Strong SQL query skills with the ability to handle multiple scenarios and optimize query performance.

9. ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data scenarios.

10. Collaborate with Business stakeholder, data architects and PO's to understand and meet their data requirements.

11. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and quality checks.

12. Having Power BI knowledge, creating and configuring semantic models & reports would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
• Perform unit testing for the development work carried out
• Act as a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance.
• Build scalable and secure video conferencing platforms using WebRTC
• Integrate AI-based chatbots, real-time messaging, and WebSocket channels
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
• Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
• Remain up to date with the modern industry practices involved in designing and developing high-quality software.
• Ability to perform engineering and identify and fix bottlenecks.

Must Have:

• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong expertise in Nodejs, ReactJs, and MongoDB

       ●  Must possess strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems into

smaller atomic units of work.

• Good knowledge of Express.js & JS libraries.
• Experience with WebRTC for video conferencing solutions
