Summary/Objective:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support effective decision-making within the organization. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.

·        Develop and maintain efficient databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

·        Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.

·        Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy.

·        Collaborate with different departments to understand their data requirements and provide support in extracting relevant information.

·        Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.

·        Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

·        Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

·        Minimum 6 Months - 1 year of proven experience in an MIS Executive role.

·        Jewelry industry experience is good to have

Required Skills:

·        Skilled in product costing analysis, order management, invoicing knowledge, and comprehensive inventory oversight.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.

·        Database management systems and SQL.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

·        Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
• Work extensively with Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Triggers
• Implement and optimize integrations with Workday, PRM, and Gainsight NXT
• Build automation using workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Handle data migration, reports, dashboards, and SOQL/SOSL queries
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments using Flosum / Opsera (GitHub)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements, testing, and delivery

• On-Premise Infrastructure Management: Utilize 10-20 years of experience to oversee and optimize on-premise infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Lead the implementation and management of AWS and Azure cloud environments, leveraging best practices and ensuring adherence to security standards. Must be cloud certified and proficient in managing PaaS services.
• Dynatrace Monitoring: Utilize Dynatrace expertise to implement and maintain effective monitoring solutions, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of performance issues.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, Shareplex for Oracle replication, Commvault, Windows, Linux, Solaris, SNMP Polling and Traps, Unix Extension, and more.
• Analytical Skills: Conduct complex analysis to optimize bulk metrics and alert profiles, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely response to critical incidents.
• Cloud Integration: Facilitate inter-AWS account integration using Terraform IAM roles and integrate with other products such as Splunk, APIM, and VMWare to enhance overall infrastructure capabilities.
• Experience working with On-Premise Infrastructure
• Experience with AWS & Azure and Cloud Certified.
• Dynatrace Experience & Professional Certification

Responsibilities:

●       Studying, transforming, and converting data science prototypes

●       Deploying models to production

●       Training and retraining models as needed

●       Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their respective scores

●       Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them

●       Identifying differences in data distribution that could affect model performance in real-world situations

●       Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models

●       Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed

●       Defining data augmentation pipelines

●       Defining the pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset

●       To extend and enrich existing ML frameworks and libraries

●       Understanding when the findings can be applied to business decisions

●       Documenting machine learning processes

Basic requirements: 

●       4+ years of IT experience in which at least 2+ years of relevant experience primarily in converting data science prototypes and deploying models to production

●       Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn and pandas

●       Knowledge of Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Flume, etc

●       Experience in working with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV

●       Strong written and verbal communications

●       Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

●       Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets

●       Familiarity with Linux

●       Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency

●       Robust data modelling and data architecture skills.

●       Advanced degree in Computer Science/Math/Statistics or a related discipline.

●       Advanced Math and Statistics skills (linear algebra, calculus, Bayesian statistics, mean, median, variance, etc.)

Nice to have

●       Familiarity with Java, and R code writing.

●       Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world

●       Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning

●       Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed

●       Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
