Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions
• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Linux systems
• Perform incident, escalation, and change management independently
• Conduct proactive problem management and root cause analysis
• Apply security patches, monitor environments for compliance, and handle disaster recovery planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Lead and manage projects related to Knowledge Transfer (KT), Transition, and SOP creation

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering all Linux flavors
• Experience with Linux vulnerability assessment and mitigation
• Knowledge of Redhat Satellite, Oracle Linux Ksplice, Cluster Services, and Oracle RAC clusters
• Familiarity with SAN technologies, HP Blade Servers, Rackmount Servers, and Virtual Connect OS
• Disaster recovery planning and DR testing experience
• Experience in routine performance analysis, capacity planning, and security audits
• Proficiency with HPE Service Guard cluster on RHEL

The primary goal of this candidate is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods to be leveraged by multiple project owners. The candidate should have the ability to provide a decision support information for stakeholders (including executives) to make appropriate decisions. The candidate should also could underpin the project delivery mechanisms ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way.

• Transparency: providing information with a single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making by stakeholders (including senior management).
• Reusability: stopping project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned templates and best practice.
