Objective: The objective of this role is to identify more opportunities (RFPs) to submit the proposals
and share intelligence with the proposal writing team that is helpful in winning the contracts.
Key
Responsibilities
Identify the Solicitations/Opportunities from various Portals.
Conduct L1 Evaluation (Compliance, Eligibility and
Qualifications) of Identified Opportunities and prepare “Quick
Analysis” document.
Share L1 Qualified RFPs and “Quick Analysis” document with
Proposal Manager/Proposal Team.
Put L1 Qualified/Dropped opportunities in RFP Tracker.
Upload the RFP documents, Addendum, QA and Amendment in
various folders (New, WIP, Drooped, Submitted, Win, Lost)
according to the RFP status.
Participate in Supplier/Vendor meeting or conferences.
Identify diverse and Local Sub-contractors if require in contract.
Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and
Annual Reports of work and share with Presales Executive.
Maintain and update information of all registered portals
