Job Title: Java Developer

Experience range:- 3-6 Years

Location:- Chennai

Face 2 Face Drive : Friday & Saturday (11th & 12th July 2025)

·    Strong written/verbal communication skills

·      Minimum 3+Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork joins pool and other threading concepts)

·    Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

•  Good experience in Spring boot.
•  Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

•  Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

•  Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

•  Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

•  Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

This requirement is for FENFEO Automation Private Limited which is into futuristic automobile technology. The incumbent supports the IT division in developing/maintaining  software tool that integrates the power source, mobile app and web application. He will be part of a team of 4 to 5 software developers to start with.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelors/Masters in an accredited Engineering/Technology curriculum. BCA/MCA candidate are also considered.

* Must be Self-initiating, Good communication, Interpersonal and Organizational skills.

* Technical Skill Set:       Java, Angular, MySQL, RESTful API development.

* Total Experience:          2 to 3 years of Relevant experience.

* Job Location:                 Post Pandemic, the work location will be Chennai.

* CTC:                                 Rs. 5,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Create presentations for client portfolios.
• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

- Writing, editing and proofreading website content.

- Write Articles, Blogs, Social media,  Forum and other SEO best practices.

- Develop content to support SEO strategies to drive traffic to the site and improve website Ranking.

• Build Products for Factories that help them in improving their Customer Retention on the Platform
• Drive the Customer Retention Metric both at a Platform and at the Factory Level
• Improve Product Discovery on the Retailer App to enhance new retailer Acquisitions for factories
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory
• Distribution product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

• Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university
• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with consumer and/or b2b startups that have attained scale
• Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap
• Understands core technologies utilised in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
• Good understanding of acquisition and retention funnels
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast paced and an unstructured environment. Thrives in ambiguity and rapidly changing environment
• Hands-on experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methods such as AB testing, data analytics, and user research
• Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications

What You Will Be Doing:

• Create highly responsive B2C web-app using a wide range of open source frontend and backend technology.
• Create single page applications using wide range of javascript & cutting edge libraries/frameworks.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, including development, unit testing, system testing and change management.
• Research technical issues and provides recommendations to enhance JavaScript products.
• Working with multiple projects.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferably from IIT,NIT & other premier institutes.
• Rockstar JavaScript developer, who appreciates the intricacies of JS as well as passionate to follow new trends in JS.
• Experience with product companies.
• 4-9 yrs of software development on advanced JavaScript stack (Native JavaScript, Asynchronous Request Handling, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, etc).
• In-depth knowledge in ReactJS & NodeJS
• Proficiency in any other modern web frameworks will be a plus.
• A solid knowledge of advanced data structures & algorithms.

• Must possess a track record of building Single Page responsive UI.
