Key Skills and Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR in related field B.sc - IT/ BCA /MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech

· Programming experience in Web Application development with Node.js and Express.js

· Must have experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js or have extensive exposure in any MVC framework

· Expert in MySQL and Store Procedures

· Knowledge of REST API / Web API protocol

· Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON, OOPs well enough

· Good to have: React Js.

· Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to write clear, concise, well-structured, and well-organized code

· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs(Zoho, Leadsquared, Knowlarity, Exotel, LCode, Karza, Google API, DIGIO, etc)

· Ability to identify weaknesses in existing code and improve it

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

· Work with outside data sources and APIs

I’m looking for a senior full stack developer who can move fast, code fast, and lead projects from concept to delivery using Claude Code as a development accelerator.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of full features and delivering complete, production-ready results quickly. The right person knows how to leverage Claude Code for rapid iteration, build structured systems fast, and manage a small remote team of developers to keep progress constant.

We are building automation and trade software tools that require strong backend architecture, asynchronous task processing, and modern, responsive interfaces. You’ll be directly responsible for shaping and delivering new systems end-to-end.

Your work will include:

• Leading development of new modules and full products  

• Building backend logic in Django with Celery task flows  

• Developing frontends with Angular or React  

• Using Claude Code daily to accelerate development and testing  

• Managing tasks, coordinating developers, and ensuring constant delivery  

• Integrating APIs, handling data processing, and optimizing performance

You must be a hands-on coder who thrives in a fast execution environment and can manage both code quality and delivery speed.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Django, Celery, and REST APIs  

• Solid frontend experience with Angular or React  

• Excellent understanding of asynchronous systems and data pipelines  

• Proven experience leading developers or managing sprints  

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Git based workflows  

• Familiarity with financial or trade software is a big plus  

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage progress across multiple projects  

• Comfortable using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools to build fast

The Position

This exciting role within Ashnik’s consulting team brings a great opportunity in terms of desiging and deploy Kubernetes platform solution for Ashnik’s enterprise customers, who are spread across SEA and India. This role takes a lead in consulting the customers for adoption of Kubernetes platform for their Digital Transformation journey.

Experience and skills required

• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Expertise on Linux and container technologies
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in configuration and management of the Kubernetes platform
• Experienced with working on cloud service provider’s Kubernetes platform is an added advantage
• Proven technical skill in designing and delivering of enterprise level solution involving integration of complex technologies
• Knowledge and experience of CI/CD pipeline
• Good understanding of networking and software defined storage concepts
• Experienced in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform is also highly desirable
• Shell scripting skills are required
• Experience of deploying, configuring, managing Kubernetes on public cloud platform

This role requires high degree of being a self-starter, working with diversified teams and with customers spread across Southeast Asia and the India region. This role requires you to be pro-active in communicating with customers and internal teams about various industry trends, technology development and crafting thought leadership.

Educational Requirements: 

University degree or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, 2-4 years of experience working in English in a business environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary of this job (Once it moves to a full-time position of 40 hours per week), will be from $520 to $840 per month, depending on experience and competency. 
• The higher end of range will only be for prospectors with extensive professional experience as a high-quality link prospectors.
• But better than that, we have a set pay progression plan which means this can go up with time.
• And a performance incentive plan which means if you’re able to hit targets, you will also qualify for a quarterly bonus as well.
• And there’s even a chance of promotion - every management and senior position we have in the company has been from within.
