Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Architect solutions and provide technical direction for new features and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the professional growth of team members
• Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' skill sets and project priorities
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage project timelines, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks/roadblocks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and, where required, client stakeholders

Process & Quality

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and documentation practices

MUST HAVE SKILLS

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in C#, .Net Core, Web API, MVC, and Entity Framework.

2. Strong object-oriented programming skills.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong ability to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups to gather, understand, and articulate their business needs.

• Extensively work on office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Server 2013 SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, ASP.Net using C#, SQL Server, T-SQL queries, REACT, SPFx.

• Proven ability to interact with end users and gather and document complex user / business requirements

• Strong hands-on experience on issue tracking tools like TFS, Azure DevOps, GIT. as well as exposure to configuration management, deployment, and application rollouts.

Job Description : We are hiring a backend developer candidate who have knowledge of ASP.NET, DOT NET CORE, C# MY SQL SERVER, WEB FORM .

We are seeking Sr. Software Engineers with hands-on C++/C# programming and unit testing skills. This person will be responsible to design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for laboratory medical device new product development. The incumbent practices code quality, refactoring and unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test and maintain Windows based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new production introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 6+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++/C# based solutions and experience with any user interface development (UWP / WPF)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus
