Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Strong, Backend Proficient)

5-10 Years Experience

Contract: 6months+extendable

Technical Requirements Frontend Expertise (Strong)

*Need at least 4 Yrs in React web developement, Node & AI.*

● Deep proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript

● Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)

● Frontend testing expertise (Jest, Cypress)

● Proven track record of achieving high Lighthouse performance scores Backend Proficiency

● Solid experience with Node.js, NestJS (preferred), or ExpressJS

● Database management (SQL, NoSQL)

● Cloud technologies experience (AWS, Azure)

● Understanding of OpenAI and AI integration capabilities (bonus) Full Stack Integration

● Excellent ability to manage and troubleshoot integration issues between frontend and backend systems

● Experience designing cohesive systems with proper separation of concerns

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be part of the team responsible for the enterprise grade SAAS platform.

2. Own end-to-end design and development of Product Features.

3. Design and implement software for testability, maintainability, scalability, supportability.

4. Troubleshoot and support field issues, microservices monitoring.

5. Hands-on working on SAAS based applications.

6. Experience with working on scalable, highly available distributed systems.

7. Robust understanding of Agile development along with CI/CD pipeline.

8. Solid understanding of software development Life Cycle.

9. Solid understanding of end to end Application Security and incorporating the same during development.

10. Exposure to micro-services architecture and microservices development frameworks, platform based architecture.

11. Experience in AWS/Azure.

12. Experience in Dockers, and Kubernetes. ECS, EKS, AKS etc

13. Experience with RDBMS such as Postgres(Preferred), MySQL and nosql databases(Desired).

14. Experience in languages such as Python(Preferred), Java.

15. Exposure to development of data platforms for analytics, reporting etc.

16. Exposure to the development of IOT applications is a plus.

Other requirements

1. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js(preferred), ReactJS

2. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design techniques, and front-end performance optimization.

3. Exposure to the development of API-driven Single Page Applications

4. Exposure to AWS Cloudfront, Akamai etc.

5. Experience in Application monitoring and log management tools.

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP

• A creative mindset motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best

• Interest in mobile games

What we look for: 

We are looking for an associate who will be doing data crunching from various sources and finding the key points from the data. Also help us to improve/build new pipelines as per the requests. Also, this associate will be helping us to visualize the data if required and find flaws in our existing algorithms. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with multiple stakeholders to gather the requirements of data or analysis and take action on them. 
• Write new data pipelines and maintain the existing pipelines. 
• Person will be gathering data from various DB’s and will be finding the required metrics out of it. 

Required Skills: 

• Experience with python and Libraries like Pandas,and Numpy. 
• Experience in SQL and understanding of NoSQL DB’s. 
• Hands-on experience in Data engineering. 
• Must have good analytical skills and knowledge of statistics. 
• Understanding of Data Science concepts. 
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience in MongoDB or any NoSql DB. 
• Experience in ElasticSearch. 
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or any other visualization tool.

1. Identify and prospect new Business Opportunities via personalized emails, Telephonic calls, prospecting via Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, online Databases, Websites.
2. Schedule potential Client meetings 
3. Constantly work with Sales and Marketing Heads to strategize on Pipeline building and its progress.
4. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve Monthly/Quarterly revenue Goals.
5. Prepare and Analyse lead Generation pipeline via Reports and Dashboards and give insights on the way ahead.
6. Manage Sales Funnel while interacting with Prospective clients and maintain relationships for re-marketed prospects.
