ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key account management, upselling, cross-selling, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

● Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery. 

● Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within existing accounts and drive revenue growth. 

● Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. 

● Handling Escalations: Act as a problem-solver by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless resolution process. 

● Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance the customer experience. 

● Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key customer success metrics and proactively take measures to improve engagement and satisfaction. 

● Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to enhance overall customer experience and drive business growth. 

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

● Experience: 10+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations role in a B2B or SaaS environment. 

● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders. 

● Client Handling Expertise: Proven track record of managing enterprise clients, resolving escalations, and driving business value. 

● Sales Acumen: Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. 

● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and address client concerns efficiently. ● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus. 

● Team Handling: Experience in managing and mentoring a team to ensure high performance and effective client service. 

🔍 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to guide the development and enhancement of a large-scale Data Observability solution built on AWS. This platform is pivotal in delivering monitoring, reporting, and actionable insights across the client's data landscape.

The Technical Lead will drive end-to-end feature delivery, mentor junior engineers, and uphold engineering best practices. The position reports to the Programme Technical Lead / Architect and involves close collaboration to align on platform vision, technical priorities, and success KPIs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of features for the data observability solution.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical growth and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with the architect to align on platform roadmap, vision, and success metrics.

🔧 Primary Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Software Engineering roles.

• Deep expertise in AWS Data Services: Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, Athena, S3.
• Advanced programming experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Proven experience in building scalable, production-grade data pipelines on cloud platforms.

Job Description:

The candidate should have an Engineering or BSc degree or/and relevant certifications from a reputable institute with 2-16 years of experience. He should be able to work independently and deliver results on schedule. He/She should have good team player skills to collaborate and lead, and share knowledge with others.

The candidate should be interested for a long term stable career to grow with our company and willing to work in 1 PM - 10 PM shift.

.          Should have delivered successful end-to-end development to deployment experience on Web applications and Api’sin last 3-6 years.

.           Must have good experience in Dot net core, MVC, C#, web api, Angular 2+ versions, HTML, CSS, OOPS.

• Experience in MySQL is a must and added advantage to have knowledge of NOSQL database.
