Role Overview:-

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our expert team and help drive knowledge adoption across our customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging technical training sessions both in-person and virtually to customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Design and develop training content, labs, and assessments based on business and technology requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs to draft course proposals aligned with customer needs and current market trends.

• Assist in training and onboarding of other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure quality delivery of training programs.

• Create immersive lab-based sessions using diagrams, real-world scenarios, videos, and interactive exercises.

• Develop instructor guides, certification frameworks, learner assessments, and delivery aids to support end-to-end training delivery.

• Integrate hands-on project-based learning into courses to simulate practical environments and deepen understanding.

• Support the interpersonal and facilitation aspects of training fostering an inclusive, engaging, and productive learning environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience developing content for professional certifications or enterprise skilling programs.

• Familiarity with emerging technology areas such as cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, or data engineering.

Technical Competencies:

• Expertise in languages like C, C++, Python, Java
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures 
• Expertise on SQL

Should be SAP certified

At least 2 End-to-end implementation experience in S4HANA.Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.

Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.

Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing  the complete process cycles.

Possess strong knowledge on PSU relevant processes in PS, Budgeting and integration with other modules.

Introduction

Synapsica is a growth stage HealthTech startup founded by alumni from IIT Kharagpur, AIIMS New Delhi, and IIM Ahmedabad. We believe healthcare needs to be transparent and objective, while being affordable. Every patient has the right to know exactly what is happening in their bodies and they don’t have to rely on cryptic 2 liners given to them as diagnosis. Towards this aim, we are building an artificial intelligence enabled cloud based platform to analyse medical images and create v2.0 of advanced radiology reporting. Your Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves computer vision tasks including development, customization and training of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs); application of ML techniques (SVM, regression, clustering etc.) and traditional Image Processing (OpenCV etc.). The role is research focused and would involve going through and implementing existing research papers, deep dive of problem analysis, generating new ideas, automating and optimizing key processes.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Prior experience with Python, cuDNN, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Caffe (or similar Deep Learning frameworks). 
• Extensive understanding of computer vision/image processing applications like object classification, segmentation, object detection etc 
• Ability to write custom Convolutional Neural Network Architecture in Pytorch (or similar)
• Experience of GPU/DSP/other Multi-core architecture programming
• Effective communication with other project members and project stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, acquire new skills
• Prior Project Management and Team Leadership experience
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
• End to end deployment of deep learning models.

• Facilitating all Board Meeting and CEO reviews (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
• Flagging risk from smallest to largest which can derail projects or cause tart misses
• Owning and organizing quarterly planning sessions with internal partners with content, agenda, preparation, and oversight of deliverables
• Helping drive data driven presentations for the leadership team in both internal and external engagements
• Driving cross-functional objectives at the leadership level with exceptional project management and ownership

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation/ Post graduation (preferably in Strategy and Finance)
• 3+ years of experience in assisting executive leadership
• Excellent communication skills (English & 1 regional language)
• Competency in using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of data tools
• Understanding of business operations and related finance
• Comfort running strategic workshops with executive teams
• Extensive program management skills and ability to lead and facilitate strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment
