RetainSure is an AI Customer Success Manager that eliminates the need for CSMs for low-touch accounts and reduces headcount by 80% for high-touch teams. We integrate deeply across product, CRM, support, billing, and external signals to build a unified intelligence layer, and deploy specialized AI agents that behave like a human CSM across backstage, in-meeting, and in-product workflows.

We’re now hiring a Founding Engineer to join our core team and help build the next $100M+ AI infra layer for Customer Success.

What You’ll Own

• Architect and build core product components across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Develop scalable services using Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and AWS-native components.
• Build high-quality user-facing experiences in React.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas and high-throughput workflows.
• Work directly with the founders to define product, ship fast, and iterate with customers.
• Own modules end-to-end, from concept → architecture → implementation → monitoring.
• Set engineering standards, improve dev velocity, and lay the foundation for the engineering culture.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in high-velocity environments.
• Strong backend fundamentals: Python, FastAPI, SQL/Postgres, distributed systems basics.
• Solid frontend engineering with React.
• Strong grasp of DSA, algorithms, and database internals.
• Deep comfort with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Bias toward action, ownership, and solving real customer problems.
• Ability to move fast without compromising code quality.

Key Responsibilities: 34249 

• Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements across the stack.
• Front-End: Build intuitive, responsive UIs using Angular or React.
• Back-End: Develop scalable APIs and services using Python (preferred), Java/Spring, or Node.js.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — familiarity with services like App Engine, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes is expected.
• Performance Tuning: Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards through unit testing and automation.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate on deployment pipelines using Tekton, Terraform, and other DevOps tools.

Full Stack Engineer                                                                                   

Position Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join us in our commitment to improve the quality of care for patients in communities across the nation. It is crucial that you have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science.

The Full Stack Engineer, at RX Health will support the development of mobile- and web-based applications for collaboratively with clinicians, IT staff, designers, and project managers to design, prototype, and develop production-grade digital health applications with an emphasis on mobile-first design.

The three main components of this role are:

• Communicating technology-related issues and considerations to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the front-end and back-end design of software applications
• Supporting the development of hybrid mobile and web-based applications from design to production.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Working with clients to understand their software needs. Ability to ask relevant questions and present information in laymen terms for non-technical clients/stakeholders to understand.
• Ability to explain technical issues/considerations to non-technical staff including clinicians, business leaders, and designers.
• Clearly detail technical specifications of software that can be understood by key stakeholders including clients, internal developers, external developers (outsourcing firms), clinicians, and designers.
• Support designers and project team by creating interactive mock-ups and functional prototypes.
• Clearly communicate development timelines, delays, and potential risks/roadblocks to timely deliverable.
• Ability to design full-stack architecture of the product in MEAN or other stack.
• Work collaboratively with project manager and designer to guide UI/UX considerations that align with technical strategy.
• Work with Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect to develop technical specifications for a given product.
