
Power Platform Intern – Data Science Insights and Automation
We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and user experience design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Integrate PowerApps solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into functional solutions.
- Customize user interfaces for optimal usability and responsive design.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement governance, compliance, and best practices within the Power Platform environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PowerApps Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of Power BI integration and data visualization principles.
- Strong skills in formula writing, expressions, and business logic in PowerApps.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Meeting with the client and internal team to review website and application requirements.
