• Make a list of potential clients such as supermarkets, online grocery portals, kirana stores, etc.
•  Work on analysing sales data and generate weekly sales reports via field sales management software
•  Accompany salesmen and understand the selling process in-field sales
•  Visit kirana stores and supermarkets to analyse shelf space, competitors in the market and market share of our product
•  Suggest suitable promotional activities based on your observations
•  Work closely with field sales executives and assist them in ascertaining the productivity of stores
• Manage and learn the overall sales process and get first-hand experience in the FMCG market

• Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design
• Working as part of a greater creative marketing team will help create a monthly marketing calendar
• Helps develop & adhere to brand guidelines & best practices for social media
• Creating monthly theme-based illustrations for article banners.
• Help in the selection of relevant and visually strong images for feature articles
• Selecting, editing, positioning and publishing images to accompany the text for each article. Ensuring relevant images are attached to the article.
• Publishing images with the help of writers & feature editors.
• Editing and publishing images of product/model shots done in-house
• Working closely with the writer(s) and photographer to get desired results
• Suggesting creative ideas for stories or images

PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS, PEOPLE TOOLS, SQL

•   10+ years of work experience in IT with 5+ years in software development or application architecture and 3+ years in solutions architecture

•   Thorough understanding of cloud native architectures, microservice architecture design patterns, containers, container orchestration, DevOps practices and security

•   Professional experience in software engineering and architecture design

•   Proven experience developing well architected AWS cloud infrastructure and solutions

•   Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring

•   In-depth understanding of current security best practices

•   Understand business analysis techniques and processes

•   3+ years of programming experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript

•   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
