The Role

We are seeking a talented and user centric UI UX Designer to own the end to end design lifecycle of our web and mobile applications You will bridge the gap between complex real estate data and clean intuitive user interfaces If you are passionate about mapping out seamless user journeys creating beautiful visual designs and building scalable design systems we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

User Research and Strategy Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to understand the pain points of property buyers and sellers

Wireframing and Prototyping Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Interface Design Design highly polished responsive and accessible user interfaces for the Homepage web platform and mobile apps

Design Systems Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across all products and touchpoints

Cross Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and technical constraints are addressed early

Data Driven Iteration Use analytics and user feedback to continuously refine and optimize the platform user experience

What We Are Looking For

Experience 2 to 4 years of experience as a UI UX Designer Product Designer or similar role experience in PropTech e commerce or marketplace platforms is a major plus

Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user centered design principles clean visual design and problem solving skills

Tool Mastery Proficiency in industry standard design and prototyping tools Figma is essential Adobe Creative Suite Framer or similar tools are a bonus

Role: Creative Associate

Exp: 1-4 Years

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our panel and handle sourcing of freelance interviewers and coordinating technical interviews for our clients in the US market. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking, recruitment, and stakeholder management skills in the US IT hiring domain. 

Responsibilities: 

● Source and onboard freelance technical interviewers across various IT domains (Java, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.) for US time zones. 

● Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between clients and panel interviewers.

● Maintain & update the interviewer database to ensure quick availability for projects.

● Understand client requirements and match the right technical panel for the role.

● Follow up with interviewers & clients for timely completion of interviews.

● Ensure compliance with client expectations and InCruiter’s quality standards. 

Must Have: 

● 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. 

● Strong understanding of US time zones, work culture, and hiring processes.

● Experience in freelance/contract recruitment and panel sourcing preferred.

● Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

● Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards for talent acquisition. 

● Strong communication skills in English (both verbal & written). 

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture.
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible.
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability.
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

1. At least 2.5 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
2. Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database.
3. Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database.
4. Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
5. Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.
6. Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
7. Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
8. Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks.
9. Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications.
10. Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools.
11. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
12. Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms.
13. Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.
14. Experience building a large-scale social or location-based app.
