Experience: end-to-end recruitment experience, including niche and leadership hiring.

Domain Knowledge: Strong exposure to IT hiring, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Technical & Process Skills: Proficient in sourcing, headhunting, ATS management, and recruitment analytics.

Stakeholder & Team Management: Skilled in managing business leaders and driving recruiter performance.

Networking & Market Insight: Capable of building talent pipelines and leveraging industry networks.

Agility & Ownership: High adaptability with a fast paced & high results-driven and process-oriented approach.

KRA will involve-

End-to-End Hiring – Manage full-cycle recruitment to ensure timely and quality closures within a TAT of max 45 days.

Niche & Leadership Hiring – Independently manage Salesforce niche, senior, and confidential mandates through headhunting.

Team Performance – Lead and drive consistent results with 3 successful joining's per recruiter per month.

Process Compliance & Excellence – Ensure adherence to hiring process, data accuracy, ATS upkeep, candidate verification, and defined process flow.

Recruitment Strategy – Design and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

Talent Pipeline – Build and sustain a strong Salesforce talent network for future needs. Coach team members on follower development on LinkedIn for pool creation.

Strategic Projects – Lead initiatives like ATS implementation, salary benchmarking, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 or other versions.
• Deliver expertise in Business Central modules.
• Create and maintain technical design documents.
• Provide consultancy and resolution support on ticket escalations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and map business processes.
• Participate in implementation activities and manage RFCs (Request for Changes).
• Support and advise on finance, manufacturing, and warehousing functionalities.
• Engage with users on M365, MS Teams, and SharePoint environments.

Must-Have Skills:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping drive sales for the company’s digital marketing services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting.
• Must be having ability to reach US and Canada clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Qualify and convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs and objectives.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Finalize agreements and navigate contract negotiations to align with client needs.

Marketing Services / Analysis

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and other related services.
• Effectively communicate the company’s services and value propositions to potential clients.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine service offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and progress through the CRM system.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and refine sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 0.6 – 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers, using SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs and white papers
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
• Edit content produced by other members of the team
• Analyses content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.
• Optimizing current content on our website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
• SEO-friendly writing (as well as other forms of PR--media pitches, articles, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Any Graduate/Post Graduate

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

• Developing front end website architecture (Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS3). 
• Designing Rich User interactions on web pages (User Experience into consideration). 

• Developing back end website applications (Controllers, Services and APIs). 
• Ensuring Site Compatibility with mobile devices 
• Working alongside UI/UX for web design features. 
• Working with Product Manager to translate User Requirements → Technical Requirements. 
• Developing APIs for external/internal consumption. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in Full Stack development 
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. 
• Proficiency with Front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. 
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, VueJS or Angular. 

• Proficiency with Java/JSP, Spring Stack (Security, Web MVC, REST). 
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL. 
• Proficiency in Build Cycle management (Maven, Jenkins, Scripting). 
• Familiarity with Deployment technologies like Docker, Rancher and Virtual machines. 
• Familiarity with Agile Development processes.
