Key Responsibilities

-As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering

culture. You will help articulate our engineering principles and help set the long-term

roadmap.

-Making decisions on the evolution of Cashflo's technical architecture

-Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

● 3+ years of full-time software engineering experience

● Experience building scalable backend platforms (you've owned & built features from start

to

finish before)

● Thorough knowledge of SDLC

● Extensive knowledge of any of Python, Go, NodeJS

● Expertise on any RDBMS or NoSQL databases

● Understanding of messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka and protocols

● Understands CI/CD pipelines

● Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure

● Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges

Job Description

Job Purpose 

We work in the latest technology, and our foundations are data structures, algorithms, strong logical reasoning, and mathematics. We are looking for very strong engineers who love coding, optimizing, and making sure their code is the most efficient possible.

You will be involved with hardcore development. If you are an assembler of code or packages from different places to build something, you may not find our team to be the right fit.

You must be someone who can build anything from the ground up. Programming language should not be any barrier for you, as you should be able to pick up any programming language or underlying technology within a week.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Core development. Ready to participate in designing, brainstorming, and development process. You must give sleepless nights to meet deadlines whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential Skills 

• Reliable, Accountable and Trustworthy
• Ability to understand software requirements based on a wireframe/program specification
• Familiarity with GoLang / PHP / Python / Java / C / C++ / Linux Shell and Scripting / HTML / CSS / JS / Node.js is a plus
• Effective communication skills to ensure smooth coordination of tasks with Team Leader
• Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and PL/SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with ML, TensorFlow, and Keras is a plus
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache, NGNIX, and the HTTP protocol is plus
• Knowledge of multi-process, threads, memory, and filesystem on Linux is desirable

1. Filter criteria –
1. 7-8 years & above experience in Corporate Banking or allied areas (Mid-market, Commercial, Trade)
2. Corporate relationship and Sales ownership experience
3. Understanding of Corporate/ Commercial/ SME/ Trade Finance
4. Individual needs to be self-driven, capable of working with minimum supervision
5. This will be an acquisition and execution role, hence proven competency in these will be essential

1. Responsible for bringing in new client acquisitions and driving closure on mandates for the region
2. Understanding the key offerings of the company platform and applicability across industries
3. Marketing SCF solutions to Corporates and their Supply Chains
4. Ability to engage with a wide set of stakeholders on the Corporate side and identify opportunities
5. Engaging with the FI partners to activate and grow financing on the Network
6. Working closely with the India Corporate Sales - Head and the Network Sales teams to achieve the KRAs for the region
