We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative, who will be the face of our company in terms of making advocates out of our end-users who are using our platform to organise their events.
Location: Remote/Work from Home
What winning in this role looks like:
- Strengthen client relationship by being the go-to-person for client challenges relating to the platform
- Manage customer service inquiries and technical issues through clear communication to keep track of support tickets and status
- Train and guide customers with the on-boarding process on Gevme
- Acts as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing feedback to the development team on customer pain points
- Establish great relationships with internal stakeholders (Project, Product, Sales etc.) to achieve customers' goals
- Remain positive in challenging scenarios and inspire internal partners to do great work
- Assist Professional Services Team with ongoing customer deliverables if assigned
- Act as Coordinator for long-term DIY users for specific ad-hoc requirements

You should:
- Have a technical background with knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS / jQuery and ideally Reactjs
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong understanding of client requests
- Possess a can-do attitude who loves to interact with clients both face-to-face as well as online
- Have a general understanding of the online space, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Love to read up on anything online, be it social media, technological trends or the latest marketing techniques.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent in computer sciences

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team, driving
innovation in AI-driven solutions with a global impact. This role is specifically tailored for
a highly motivated professional with a strong technical background in Python and Java,
hands-on expertise in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based

The Position
The Manager – Sales & Business Development role is responsible for driving sales and revenue from existing and new customer accounts within the Banking and Government segments in North India. Your role will sell products, services and solutions through prospecting, networking and executing marketing initiatives and account plans to increase Lipi Data Systems Ltd. footprint within the assigned accounts and/or geography resulting in revenue growth and quota attainment.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically target business opportunities that leverage high value use cases, in Banking vertical and Government institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell Lipi products, solutions, and services to exceed your sales quotas
- Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements
- Work to collaborate with the customer on net new opportunities and work through negotiated and RFP sales processes.

Transcriber Responsibilities:
• Completing transcriptions promptly and reviewing drafts for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors, as well as other inconsistencies.
• Communicating with the supervisor when there are issues.
• Submitting completed drafts to and correcting any errors as per the transcribing session
• Edit your transcriptions before filing them
• Providing any feedback to better improve the accuracy of our machine learning algorithm.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our Team in Bangalore. This is hands-on position. Your focus will be as a ‘force-multiplier’, coaching, mentoring and acting as an escalation point for the Engineers within your area.
This is a role with a lot of variety, ranging from designing architecture, pair programming, helping Engineers debug an issue to working with Product Managers on how to achieve a product requirement.
