What your day job looks like at GroupM-Hub:

·        Develop strong relationships with counterparts in Hub regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia)

·        Lead the training and growth of your local programmatic team

·        Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery

·        Be accountable for consistent work delivery to regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output

·        Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges

·        Provide career development and coaching for your team

·        Line manage 2-5 direct reports with as many as 10 indirect reports

·        Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done

·        Provide support to in capacity planning & resource management for the team

·        Present strong and effective communication across all level.

What you’ll bring:

·        Working experience in Agency, Trading Desks or Programmatic Tech Partners

·        Actual Campaign execution experience with most of the local programmatic players as well as measurement providers

·        Familiar with DSP and exchange revenue streams and be able to negotiate trading benefits

·        Existing relationships with publishers, programmatic product partners, as well as data providers in the local market

·        Knowledge of different programmatic trading models and their implications to both advertiser’s inventory quality and publisher monetization strategies

·        Being able to articulate difficult technical concepts to non-technical people such as explaining lookalike modeling and cookie mapping to the lay person.

Minimum qualifications:

·        3+ year's professional experience with digital media preferably within a media agency/trading desk

·        Experience in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360).

·        Experience in top AdTech & MarTech platforms.

·        Experience in Client Decks, Programmatic Strategy, New Pitches, etc.

·        Hands on experience and knowledge on programmatic platforms.

·        Clear thought process & strategy to build on existing businesses.

·        Competent in all Microsoft office software

1. PHP Developer/Sr. PHP Developer:

• Reviewing (if already developed) current system workflow and database design.
• Analyzing the needs of system and producing detailed specification document
• Create a step by step flow chart or psudocode for computing systems that shows how program code must be written in order to work properly.
• Develop a functional modules according as required under deadline.
• Integrating 3rd party tools wherever required.
• Perform and document unit testing for developed functions.
• System maintenance by monitoring and correcting software defects.
• Continuously updating technical knowledge and skills as per industry standards.
• Contribute to technical writers to create users documents.
• All tasks must be carried out at the highest standards.

• Strong experience on any of the modern PHP based frameworks like Laravel, Cake PHP, Symphony, etc.
• Ability to create Data Structures and Algorithms.

Experience of developing highly scalable web services and APIs using PHP.

• Development skills of Database design and information schema using NoSQL/SQL.
• Source control management (e.g. Git, SVN, Mercurial) to enable teams to work together to manage source code.
• Working over cloud computing platform like Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure
• Strong designing / problem solving skills.

• Education: BCA, MCA, Msc IT, Bsc IT or any equivalent qualification
• Work Experience: 2-6 year of experience in same field
• Good Communication skill (Preferred)

Job Title – Data Scientist (Forecasting)

Anicca Data is seeking a Data Scientist (Forecasting) who is motivated to apply his/her/their skill set to solve complex and challenging problems. The focus of the role will center around applying deep learning models to real-world applications.  The candidate should have experience in training, testing deep learning architectures.  This candidate is expected to work on existing codebases or write an optimized codebase at Anicca Data. The ideal addition to our team is self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Job Location: Remote (for time being) and Bangalore, India (post-COVID crisis)

• At least 3+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline. D. will add merit to the application process
• Experience with large data sets, big data, and analytics
• Exposure to statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning. Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, statistics, probability, time series forecasting
• Training Machine Learning (ML) algorithms in areas of forecasting and prediction
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for production systems
• Research and enhance existing in-house, open-source models, integrate innovative techniques, or create new algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Experience in translating business needs into problem statements, prototypes, and minimum viable products
• Experience managing complex projects including scoping, requirements gathering, resource estimations, sprint planning, and management of internal and external communication and resources
• Write C++ and Python code along with TensorFlow, PyTorch to build and enhance the platform that is used for training ML models

Preferred Experience

• Worked on forecasting projects – both classical and ML models
• Experience with training time series forecasting methods like Moving Average (MA) and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) with Neural Networks (NN) models as Feed-forward NN and Nonlinear Autoregressive
• Strong background in forecasting accuracy drivers
• Experience in Advanced Analytics techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms, ability to explain use cases and tell stories

• • Making field visits, Cold Calls on daily basis, generating leads, sharing quotation coordinating with the team and follow-ups. 

• • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. 

• • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. 

• • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
