Company website: www.coviam.com Experience: 4 – 6 years Positions: 1 Role of the position: Understand Objectives of Performance Testing and convert into an appropriate strategy with a plan of action. Develop Test Scripts using the chosen Performance Testing Tool / Solution. Execute Load Tests as per plan and provide detailed feedback after Analysis. Look into Infrastructure and Application Metrics to identify potential bottlenecks. Recommend next course of Action as needed. Participate in Issue Training calls as required. Document evolution of Performance throughout the engagement. Develop Results Reporting format customized to Audience. Proactively engage and communicate other teams like Development, Functional QA, Operations as needed. Technical Skillset Hands On Experience with Industry Standard Load Testing Solutions like Jmeter, Load Runner or Neoload. Exposure to Profiling and / or Deep Diagnostics Tools like New Relic, App Dynamics, Introscope, Dynatrace etc. Experience executing Performance Testing Engagements from start to finish with minimal or no supervision. Good Understanding of Web Based Applications and Technologies, Middleware and Database related, Operating System level metrics, especially from a point of tracking down Performance Issues. Exposure on evaluating Performance as part of Continuous Integration - Continuous Delivery pipeline will be an added advantage. Passionate, Creative with strong Problem Solving skills. Self-starter with ability to work with stakeholders through day to day problems. Qualification Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 4-6 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English. Excellent MS office tools, such as excel, PowerPoint, etc.
