ML Intern

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented ML Intern to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new advanced ML algorithms and AI agents for creating assistants of the future. 

The ideal candidate will work on a complete ML pipeline starting from extraction, transformation and analysis of data to developing novel ML algorithms. The candidate will implement latest research papers and closely work with various stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and integrate the solutions into a robust ML pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create AI agents using Model Context Protocols (MCPs), Claude Code, DsPy etc.
• Develop custom evals for AI agents.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines
• Optimize and evaluate ML models to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Define system requirements and integrate ML algorithms into cloud based workflows.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise with python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Graduated/Graduating with B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD degrees in Electrical Engg./Electronics Engg./Computer Science/Maths and Computing/Physics
• Has done coursework in Linear Algebra, Probability, Image Processing, Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
• Has demonstrated experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs), DsPy, AI Agents, MLOps etc

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface

Post - Xamarin Developer

Experience – 0.6 months -2 ys

Required Skills -                                                               

• 2+ Years of hands-on experience in design, architect, developing and delivering native mobile and cross platform Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Forms applications using Xamarin Studio or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience in design and architect mobile back-end services.
• Strong knowledge in C#.net and SQLite Database with Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of MVC Web API’s is an advantage.
• Experience in designing and developing custom controls for Android, Windows and iOS.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Capability to write and execute unit test cases.
• Independent researching, solution finding, analysis and problem-solving skills and capabilities.
• Knowledge on Agile and Scrum approach is a must.
• Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of front-end GUI design and development.
• Ability to complete all phases of the software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
• Must be a team player and self-starter with the ability to communicate clearly.

JD for Project Manager: 

The Incumbent will:

• Be the key person accountable for Project Delivery- managing end-to-end delivery of high-quality projects, meeting all required functionality, within the allocated schedule and budget.
• Managing the team assigned to deliver projects and achieve assigned project goals.
• Be responsible to ensure continued customer delight.

Job Responsibility:

• Own the entire delivery of assigned projects.
• Responsible for managing multiple projects involving a 15-20-member team consisting of the middle layer (PL/GL/TL) and the teams under them.
• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery; ensuring that Project Delivery Metrics are controlled throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project requirements and implementation throughout different phases.
• Participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads; review contracts, carry out risk analysis and mitigation exercises and update the Management on the same.
• Project managers should have strong business management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Review and ensure the preparation of the following:
• System Architecture
• External Specifications & Internal Specifications
• Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan, and Project Plan
• Technical Documentation
• Weekly status updates to all stakeholders
• Ensure process and system compliance in the projects.
• Exhibit excellent escalation management skills, internal or external.
• Manage FPP (Fixed Price Project) & T&M (Time & Material) projects on diverse functional domains
• Coordinate, and communicate with the client on project-related matters.
• Coach/ mentor the members of the project and provide the necessary support to them.
• Performance appraisal/counseling of the group members.
• Evaluate training needs (technical, managerial) and get the required training programs implemented.
• Ensure project compliance with Tech Mahindra Quality Systems and Procedures.

Desired Profile:

• Qualifications 
• BE/BTech/MTECH/MCA 10 + Years of Experience in Java/J2EE related project and banking projects with good analytical and troubleshooting skills
•  Technical Skills: 
• Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Pattern, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Web services Rest /SOAP, Oracle SQL / PLSQL & Deployment and Cluster Application Architecture People and Team Management experience required Should have good knowledge of production support work.

What you need to have:

Looking for a passionate, self-driven creative Sr. UX Designer to join our team and lead experience design efforts across Mobile, Web, Smart TV, and Print media 

Mandatory Skillset:
• Experience in Enterprise Application Experience Design
• Expertise in wireframe and prototype tools
• Extensive experience with mobile-first design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval 

Good to have: • Certification in Human Factors or Interaction Design 

Education: B.Des, M.Des, BFA, MFA, Design background from any Top tier design institute will be plus point
