Profile Summary

We are looking for experienced and skilled Frontend (React.Js) Developers to join our
core team. Your primary focus will be the development of new features and refinement of
existing features on user-side.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product delivery is fast, low-cost and sustainable.
• Take responsibility from development to customer support.
• Build robust and scalable production software.
• Improve quality using code reviews, and unit/integration testing.
• Improve efficiency using automation, and methods like test driven development.

Skills & Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience in React.Js , Javascript, any experience in React native is a plus
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 ).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in working with the MERN stack or similar frameworks
• Working knowledge of git for version control.
• Understanding of Unix tools.

Some of the tech problems you get to work-on as a front-end developer would include building real-time collaboration experiences across our product, building live document editing and modern spreadsheet experiences from scratch, creating flexible new Kanban-style views of work tasks, and crafting cool new UI components and interactions that we will use across our product.

Work with project architect to ensure that patterns for scalability, maintainability and performance are developed. Follow the process for software development, testing and deployment. Ensure that assigned user stories (requirements) have sufficient detail to be implemented properly. Ensure that you have sufficient understanding of user stories to provide reliable estimates. Work with the project manager as needed to build requirements and understanding of software features. • Develop reusable, maintainable cross-platform HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end web application components while adhering to web and team standards.
• Write unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component.
• Constantly review and improve frontend performance of the web application.
• Work with creative and business partners to understand, build and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with server-side, infrastructure, and 3rd party technology partners to build, integrate and deploy web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals.
• Work with project technical lead and/or FE architect to create technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the development process.
• Remain curious and current with new developments in the FE web development industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of practical front-end web development experience.
• Expertise in writing and testing valid, web standards-based HTML, CSS, JS.
• Fluent in fundamentals of computer science such as:
• Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Coding Patterns.
• Deep understanding and experience with the following standards and technologies is essential:
• DOM, JSON, AJAX, HTML5 Video, WCAG 2.0 AA, Git.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Sample portfolio (code or public-facing web build) is a plus.
• Experience working for high-end brands or another environment with very high standards for the presentation layer is a plus; Ecommerce experience is a plus

We’d like to hire a frontend engineer, who’ll be responsible for consolidating and maintaining our cloud operations dashboards, as well as adding new features in close quarters with our product team and our backend engineers. You will be expected to implement features ranging from better visualizations to easier workflows for automating cloud resource orchestration.
