Job Description: Education Counsellor

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions. You will play a key role in driving admissions by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing them through the decision-making journey.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential students through various lead-generation channels.

Prospect new leads via cold calling, follow-ups, events, referrals, and digital outreach.

Understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs or courses.

Engage with key decision-makers and build strong advisory relationships.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively

Salary -35k-38k CTC (2+ year exp)

Shift : 10AM-7PM

Week off-Sunday

Location: PADMANABHANAGAR, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.

- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.

- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.

- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus

2-5 years of experience in embedded software development.

Software background, experience in design, development, integration & test of embedded software for mobile targets is a plus

Strong C programming Skills

Experience in Device Drivers Development and Kernel Programming required.

Experience in BSP (board support package)

Sound Operating system knowledge

Hands-on experience with debugging and SW optimization is a must

Power SW optimization would be plus ( Like Linux/Windows or any other RTOS)

Job Profile/Description:

a) 3+ years of experience in Native iOS Application development.

b) Experience on iOS, iPhone SDK, Objective-C/Swift, Xcode & Interface Builder, MacOS,

Auto-layout, Autoresing.

c) Experience with Core Data, SQLite, Location Based Services added advantage.

d) Understanding of building App that utilizes web-services to tie applications to server-side APIs,

via REST and SOAP.

e) Experience with the implementation of third-party libraries and API.

f) Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging

technologies.

g) Should be aware of platform-independent mobile application development trends/ tools

h) Experience in developing enterprise mobility is desirable

i) Good interpersonal skills, for effective communication with business and development teams

j) Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery

k) Well Conversant on iOS along with other mobile platform for Mobile Application
