Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) modules, with strong business process knowledge and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor.
- Gather and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules as per business needs.
- Work with technical teams to develop integrations, reports, and data conversions.
- Conduct testing: unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-production support and training to end-users.
- Work directly with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementations.
- Stay updated on new Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates (quarterly releases).
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).
- Strong expertise in at least 2–3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong client interaction and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation and post-go-live support.
- Ability to lead workshops, create functional specs, and manage timelines.
- Oracle certification in HCM Cloud is a plus.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in global rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, or BI Publisher.
