Prepare quality reports and metrics to track product quality, defects, and non-conformances. Communicate quality-related information to stakeholders, including management, engineering teams, and production staff.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes, procedures, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization by fostering a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures. Implement lean manufacturing principles and quality management methodologies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Qualifications and experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Quality assurance/Quality management.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles particularly in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards applicable to environmental products ISO 9001/14001/OSHAS etc.
