JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Requirements:

• Strong experience in Back-End Web Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Must have 4+ years of experience in Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other MVC frameworks
• Should have knowledge of Agile Process & Knowledge of Web Application Security concepts.
• Database experience of at least one of the following: PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Must have experience of Laravel Queue Jobs, Seeders, Migration and factory files, Service Providers.
• Should have Experience of creating schedules and artisan commands in Laravel.
• Should be very strong with Object Oriented concepts, design and architecture.
• Basic Database conceptual knowledge such as DDL, DML and their usages.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce, payment gateway, Webhooks & API integration.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Experience with Google Map API, Firebase API, and AWS is plus.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Bitbucket)
• Experience with agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development environments is a plus.

What will you be doing?

• Manage a portfolio of Travel Agents and ensure consistent engagement.
• Drive re-application cycles by tracking demand patterns, renewal triggers, and client usage behaviour.
• Build and execute retention strategies for high-value & high-frequency clients.
• Lead resurrection initiatives to revive inactive or low-engagement accounts.
• Maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and portfolio analytics.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Resolve escalations and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP internals and common network protocols such as DHCP, DNS, IPV4/IPV6, NAT
• In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF)
• In-depth knowledge of RDK-B architecture, TR-069/TR-181, and networking stacks
• Work on TR-069, TR-181 data models, and DOCSIS / DSL / GPON technologies
• Experience and knowledge on IEEE802.11/Wi-Fi protocols such as WPA, RADIUS, WPS, 802.11n/ac/ax/be, mesh networking

Understading of SaaS based products and services. • 5+ years experience with Hyland OnBase (Content Management)
• Have knowledge on OnBase workflows
• Knowledge on Document Intake Process, Indexing etc., on OnBase
• Experience writing custom scripts to intervene on the OnBase workflows using DotNet

Process Skills:

• Hands-on in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle including writing well designed, testable, efficient code.

Qualification:
