Client Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Software Developer with 5-10 year’s experience with strong foundations in Python, databases, and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will support the development of AI-powered solutions, focusing on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and database-driven workflows.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow into advanced AI engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.

• Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and performance.

• Work with JSON-based data structures for request/response handling.

• Integrate and manage PostgreSQL (pgSQL) databases, including writing queries and handling data pipelines.

• Collaborate with the product and AI teams to implement new features.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of applications and workflows.

• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, AI frameworks, and generative AI tools.

Role Summary:

As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance, and

responsive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You’ll work closely with

our UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create web experiences that

deliver value to our users and business alike.

Key Responsibilities:

● Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting.

● Collaborate with product managers and designers to craft user-centric features and

interfaces.

● Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

● Ensure applications meet performance, accessibility, and responsiveness standards.

● Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to existing codebase

and design patterns.

● Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using Angular

(preferably Angular 13+).

● Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Apply design principles to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UIs aligned with

brand guidelines.

Required Skills:

● 6+ years of web development experience.

● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Angular development (Angular 8+ mandatory,

Angular 13+ preferred).

● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

● Familiarity on state management with RxJS, NgRx, and RESTful APIs integration.

● Sound understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

● Experience with SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, Material, or other CSS frameworks.

● Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO basics for SPAs.

● Solid grasp of web design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and

usability.

● Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

● Experience in the travel tech domain is a strong plus.

Good to Have:

● Experience with Node.js, Express JS, MongoDB.

● Understanding of internationalization/localization in web apps.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand awareness in the global market. The role requires a deep understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy to help promote our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Plastic Granules India's products globally.
• Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee social media accounts and create content that aligns with the brand's objectives.
• Monitor website analytics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content, including banners, graphics, and videos.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the plastic granules industry.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

1. CS, A background in law will be a strong plus.

Roles and Responsibilities 

1. To ensure compliance with local laws and best practices

2. To prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the board and investors 3. To manage treasury operations as may be required

Hybrid Work Model

• Minimum 2 years of experience. Individuals with a higher degree of expertise will be considered for senior opportunities
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields
• Experience working with and presenting summaries of large datasets
• Experience working with JavaScript , Reactnative and frontend frameworks
• Experience on system designs and architecture.
• Working experience with large, complex Enterprise dashboards is a plus.
• Passionate about innovating, learning new skills and technology
• Comfortable working on frontend and backend tasks is a plus

Full Stack Developers : (5 persons required)

• Should have excellent working technical skills in NodeJS, React JS, PreactJS and Mongo DB + AWS
• Must have done projects either at work or in college using these technical skills
• Should have sound logical and problem solving capabilities.
• Must have good communication and articulation skills in English.
• Overall should have a good go-getter attitude and willing to work in a Start-up environment.
