Job Location - Hyderabad & Ahmedabad 

What you'll do: 

• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks 

• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible 
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage. 
• Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off 
• Mentor junior developers on the team

• Work on our Shopify demo store to showcase new product releases and features. This is pretty interesting as you’ll get to play around with Shopify backend (the most popular eCommerce platform in the world)
• Work on building integrations and workflows between different marketing automation platforms. Our current marketing tech stack involves Salesforce, HubSpot, Reply, Similarweb and more.
• Web scraping for new growth initiatives

• Expertise in Typescript, Nodejs and Golang. 
• Prior working experience in Hyperledger 2.x. 
• Strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms and cryptography. 
• Proficiency in developing Chain codes/Smart Contracts. 
• Experience building front end applications using Angular. 
• Proficient in MongoDB. 
• Experience with Relation databases like MySQL, MSSQL. 
• Write application code, smart contracts, and unit test cases according to the quality guidelines. 
• Work across multiple teams, mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews. 
• Co-ordinate with architects to produce technical designs.  
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Git.

Requirements

• 6+ yrs of exposure in the art of writing code and solving problems on large scale.
• Should be language agnostic, with extensive and expert programming experience in any one programming language (strong OO skills preferred).
• Deep experience in at least one general programming language. Preferred (Java,Scala, C++)
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures,

algorithms, and software design.

• Worked end to end on 2-3 complex projects

We are looking for a high-energy and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and fix quality meetings with potential customers. This role will be responsible for servicing outbound sales with a focus on generating, qualifying, and engaging all prospective clients. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle.  

This position requires outbound cold calling, emailing, qualification, and tight collaboration with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new opportunities.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility would be to generate demand and move leads through the pipeline and convert them into sales-qualified leads.

• Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. 

• Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts. 

• Quickly learns about the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to respond to objections.

• Follow-up on leads and provide appropriate information to foster relationships.

• Educate leads on our product and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with BDM.

UI/UX Designer - Magician

What you’ll do:

• You will lead the design team, develop and conceptualize a comprehensive design strategy in collaboration with product managers and designers for the app.and play a major part in strengthening the design centered culture in the company.
• Produce high-quality and innovative design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot design problems across the app and come up with solutions using user-centric critical analysis.

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in ui/ux design in product-first companies and have a strong portfolio and have expertise with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects) to produce wireframes, high fidelity mockups and illustrations with attention to detail.
• You have a strong passion for designing innovative designs and setting the new bar for the design ecosystem
• You've weathered release cycles and know what details matter at each stage, how to motivate engineers to get the fit and finish right, how to translate insights from user studies into meaningful action, and what's most likely to go afoul at each stage.
