Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements using Zoho Books.
2. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
3. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
5. Participate in budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.
6. Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory audits with auditors.
7. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management.
8. Handle miscellaneous accounting and reporting tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in solar, manufacturing, or related sectors.
3. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
4. Knowledge of similar accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.

• Develop and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, MRP)

Required Skills & Experience: • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in iOS app development using Swift. • Strong knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, Auto Layout, and Storyboards. • Experience in MVVM architecture, CoreData, and RealmDB. • Proficient in REST API integration using Alamofire or URLSession. • Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools. • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. • Basic understanding of Unit Testing and debugging tools like Xcode Instruments. • Bonus: Experience in Flutter for cross-platform development is an added advantage

7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data refresh, and connectivity problems.
8. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities, and evaluate their potential use in improving existing solutions.
9. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote self-service BI capabilities and enable them to create their own reports.
10. Collaborate with the wider data and analytics team to identify opportunities for using Power BI to enhance business processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous Power BI projects.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and M (Power Query) to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
4. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles to create engaging and intuitive dashboards.
5. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design concepts.
6. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
7. Ability to work with various data sources, including relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.

Requirements:

Designation: Technical Lead - Android (ABL_SS_597)

Position description:

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices.
