Talent Culture Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the design team to create user-friendly experiences for our enterprise SaaS product.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with PMs to research and study online and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with solutions needed.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3+ year of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your experience with enterprise software design.
• Proficiency in design systems and Figma, UI/UX best practices, and modern design tools (Notion, Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, Lovable, Replit, Zapier etc.)
• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for crafting delightful and functional user experiences.

SHOULD ALSO HAVE:

• Experience working in B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :

Need candidates from Growing startups or Product based companies only

1. 4–6 years experience in backend engineering

2. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with:

• TypeScript
• Express.js / Nest.js

3. Strong experience with MongoDB (or MySQL / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB)

4. Strong understanding of system design & scalable architecture

5. Hands-on experience in:

• Event-driven architecture / Domain-driven design
• MVC / Microservices

6. Strong in automated testing (especially integration tests)

7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)

8. Experience managing production systems

9. Solid understanding of performance, reliability, observability

10. Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure acceptable)

11. Strong coding standards — Clean Code, code reviews, refactoring

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an GenAI Engineer to help build the intelligence layer of our new platform. From designing LLM-powered orchestration flows with LangGraph to building frameworks for evaluation and monitoring with LangSmith, you’ll shape how AI powers real-world enterprise workflows.

What You'll Do

• Spend ~70% of your time architecting, prototyping, and productionizing AI systems (LLM orchestration, agents, evaluation, observability)
• Develop AI frameworks: orchestration (LangGraph), evaluation/monitoring (LangSmith), vector/graph DBs, and other GenAI infra
• Work with product engineers to seamlessly integrate AI services into frontend and backend workflows
• Build systems for AI evaluation, monitoring, and reliability to ensure trustworthy performance at scale
• Translate product needs into AI-first solutions, balancing rapid prototyping with enterprise-grade robustness
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging GenAI frameworks, tools, and research for practical application

Must Have

• 3–5 years of engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in GenAI systems
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, LangChain, or similar frameworks for orchestration/evaluation
• Deep understanding of LLM workflows: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, monitoring, and observability
• A strong product mindset—comfortable bridging research-level concepts with production-ready business use cases
• Startup mindset: resourceful, pragmatic, and outcome-driven

Good To Have

• Experience integrating AI pipelines with enterprise applications and hybrid infra setups (AWS, on-prem, VPCs)
• Experience building AI-native user experiences (assistants, copilots, intelligent automation flows)
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS/IT ecosystems (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Netsuite, etc.)

Responsibilities: -

• We are looking for solid senior front-end developers who are well-versed with React, Redux.
• Here is the tech stack on the front end side - React, Gatsby, TypeScript, Jest, SAAS
• We are looking at folks who have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in front-end development and have been strong experience.
• The mindset is very different and we are looking for folks who have evolved fast in terms of skills and in terms of working on their own projects.
• Given that we are asking for 6-7 years of experience, someone who was pursuing JS framework earlier or front end overall, and adapted react and is primarily working on the same would be the best fit.
