Job Title: Associate Backend Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases for data modeling and storage.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under guidance.
• Contribute to authentication, authorization, and other core backend features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and QA to deliver complete features.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
• Debug issues, write unit/integration tests, and help maintain service reliability and performance.
• Learn to work with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.
• Use tools like Docker, basic cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and optionally explore monitoring/logging tools.
• Explore new technologies such as GraphQL, WebSockets, or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) when relevant.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of backend development experience, including internships, academic projects, freelance, or open-source work.
• Familiarity with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, databases, and server-side logic.
• Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases and understanding of CRUD operations.
• Familiarity with Git and fundamental development workflows.
• Willingness to learn and apply best practices in scalability, security, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take feedback and grow.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Job Description-

Responsibilities:

- Create blueprints for application deployment, build Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning, and enhance security with automation tools like Harness and Flux.

- Work with cutting-edge CI/CD tooling and orchestrate deployment using AWS, Azure, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.

-Architect and deploy CI/CD platforms to facilitate rapid development and deployment cycles.

- Design and implement Kubernetes environments, API Gateways, and self-service portals.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and services for improved CI/CD processes.

- Educate and lead a team of DevOps engineers in best practices and operational excellence.

- Employ SonarCloud for continuous code quality checks and JMeter for application performance testing.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience with architecting and deploying applications on AWS or Microsoft Azure.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or Harness.

- Hands-on experience with container orch

Php and framework full stack developer

Knowledge of Nodejs and python an added advantage

Understands ci cd and webapp deployment

Aws development and deployment understanding

Javascript understanding

• Own the creation of Sales funnel (Ideal candidate will have to source the websites, create a pool and then get them onboarded for our solution)
• Build and maintain relationships with existing/potential businesses and resolution professionals
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
• Responsible for designing, planning and executing digital communication programs that influence customer engagement across multiple channels and touchpoints throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop a comprehensive engagement strategy and implementation plan to drive activation of new, occasional and lapsed users
• Strategize and plan an “engage & delight” campaign calendar - leverage data, user insights, and an experimentation mindset to move users from various funnels
• Create content that resonates with our users and amplifies our brand, product and mission. They should be astute, compelling, on-brand, on-tone, channel-specific, and relevant to our core messages and target audiences. These can also include ad hoc campaigns such as surveys, etc
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs
• Optimize conversion funnel
• Constantly test (A/B test) and optimize communications to increase engagement KPIs
• Track and measure key performance metrics (e.g. open rate, click-through rate, usage, streaming, DAU, MAU) to improve the efficiency of campaigns
• Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports and presentations to aid decision-making by the leadership team

• Deep, proven experience developing lifecycle marketing programs / CRM / engagement marketing programs through email, push notifications, SMS, and/or in-app marketing.
• Demonstrated track record in developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights.
• Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets.
