• Maintain daily activity and lead reports

• Own end-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
• Identify and apply relevant research methods to generate effective responses to the research questions.
• Independently conceptualise, plan and execute foundational, generative and evaluative studies while operating in complex organisational demands, with minimum guidance.
• Apply your expertise and knowledge of research methodologies, human factors, the user-centred design process, and statistics to product and service design in an iterative development environment.
