Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving sales of Flight, Hotel, and Holiday bookings by making outbound calls to travel agents, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to final payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

• Initiate outbound calls to travel agents to generate sales leads for company offerings (Flight, Hotel, & Holidays).
• Actively cold call business owners and utilize referrals, direct mail, email, and networking to develop a database of qualified leads.

1. Sales and Quoting:

• Listen to customer (travel agent) requirements and present product/service information appropriately to close the sale.
• Ensure that price quotes are sent promptly to all qualified leads.

1. Follow-up and Payment:

• Conduct timely follow-ups with travel agents after quotes have been sent.
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure all payments are secured before the travel dates.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Source and develop strong client relationships and referrals.
• Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles, updates, and preparing monthly reports.

1. Team & Knowledge:

• Attend all team meetings and actively share best practices with colleagues.
• Demonstrate or gain working knowledge of the travel industry (an added advantage).

It is an app platform (Android & iOS) that offers discovery, trials and purchase of lifestyle brands across multiple categories like beauty and grooming, food and beverages, health and wellness, fragrances, smart technology, accessories, services and experiences and is targeted towards the upper middle class.

What shall be expected of you:

● Be responsible for the core UI framework, and implement and maintain it.

● Responsible for the development of the front-end applications and

components.

● Coordinate with the backend engineers & designers for requirement

gathering of the product.

● Responsible for quality assurance including web usability, accessibility,

testing and debugging.

● Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

You must have:

● 2-5 years of prior hands-on experience in building responsive web

interfaces for consumers.

● Strong development experience in the following technologies (HTML,

CSS, Javascript, AJAX, working with REST APIs)

● Front-end frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, and Redux.

● Ability to translate product requirements into functional code.

● Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning.

● Self-motivation and ability to work in a small team with minimal

supervision.

Would be awesome if you are also good at:

● SEO and page speed optimization.

● Web standards, Responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility,

Accessibility.

● Additional web technologies like Angular, Vue JS, Next JS etc.

● Must be fluent in writing code in ES6+ along with linters. ● CSS

For this role, we're looking for someone that is a gaming streamer (mobile & PC), plays a variety of games, and can test out Sizzle’s various new features. Specifically, you will test each feature by streaming various games and making suggestions for improving the process.
