iOS App DevelopmentResponsibilities:
- Work with our dynamic team on different projects (products & services) to build high quality mobile application
- Designing and building native mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Publishing application on App Store
- Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability
- Designing and implementing application updates. Turn feedback into custom solutions for client needs
- Create and maintain the technical documentation
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and advancements
Skills:
- Strong Knowledge & understanding about SWIFT and Objective C
- Strong Knowledge & understanding of executing projects in Xcode, OOPs concept
- Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code
- Familiar working with RESTful APIs, third party libraries and API, cloud message APIs and push notifications
- At least have published and managed 1 app in Appstore
- Knowledge and understanding in Dependency injection tool like dagger or similar
- Knowledge of Hybrid app development platforms will be preferred

MongoDB- Lead, Design, develop, and maintain full-stack, web-based applications, and toolchains.
- Design and develop internal and external business systems/applications, systems interfaces, databases,
- reporting, or business functionality
- Work with development and BA teams and project manager to ideate software solutions
- Participate in client communication & effort estimations for new projects/feature development.
- Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications
- Utilize development skills to build (code) new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and automated unit tests
- Perform Code Reviews for all code written by the other developers, review code for team and industry standards compliance, and provide feedback to developers.
- Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
- Facilitate/lead reviews of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, and communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to the team
- Guide and mentor junior full-stack developers.

Problem statement -
(1) There is ~70% drop off at checkout for most independent e-commerce retailer (outside of large marketplaces)
(2) E-commerce cart platforms allow minimal flexibility on checkout, with their experience still same as the last decade
(3) Whereas user experiences are defined by new consumer platforms such as Swiggy, Amazon, etc.
There is a fundamental unbundling of monolith shopping cart platforms globally for mid-market and enterprise customers, who are moving towards headless (read modular) architecture.
Shopflo aims to be the global default for checkout experiences.
