Big AIR Lab is looking for dynamic and influential student leaders from top-tier colleges to represent us on their campus. As a Student Ambassador, you will help drive awareness, build communities, and promote our AI-led initiatives within your institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant campus community for Big AIR Lab
• Drive product awareness and engagement among students
• Test our AI products and share detailed feedback and reviews
• Manage and coordinate hackathons; invite students to office events
• Work with the placement cell for internship outreach and onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed financial models including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and scenario/sensitivity analysis

• Draft valuation reports aligned with SEBI, RBI, IBC, and Companies Act guidelines

• Create compelling pitch decks, teasers, and investment memorandums

• Conduct industry-specific research and apply appropriate valuation methodologies

• Ensure precision, compliance, and high-quality output in all deliverables

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients during the afternoon shift

Candidate Requirements :

Experience: 1–2 years in financial modelling and valuation

• Education: MBA (Finance),

Semi-qualified CA or CFA • Skills:

Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Index-Match, etc.)

o PowerPoint proficiency for investor presentations

o Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and valuation techniques

o Excellent English communication (written & verbal)

o Discipline to work independently in a remote setup with a fixed 2 PM–11 PM schedule

Manager US Taxation (Partnership - Financial Services)

Must-Haves :

Should have reviewing experience on Partnership 1065 forms for Financial Services clients. 

EA/CA/CPA certified for this role (Mandatory).

Experience in any of the below:

Hedge Fund Taxation

Private Equity Taxation

Funds of Funds Taxation

-Providing tax planning and reviewing complex 1065 tax returns of Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds, and similar complex structures.

-Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law

-Compliances for below:

 i) Form 1065, Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, 

ii) State and Local Tax compliances 

iii) International filling compliances

-Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services

Requirements :

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• 3-4+ yrs experience as Backend, prior startup experience, should have led the team, python django expertise, AWS cloud stack knowledge are all must.
• Prior experience in Team Management
• Backend or Full-Stack experience in a work setting or classroom-setting.
• Work experience, open-source code, or coursework in any of the following languages: Python/Django, Golang, Ruby/Ruby on Rails
