Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product styling and coordination for lookbooks, catalog shoots, and e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams for sample tracking, approvals, and visual consistency.
• Track competitor trends, pricing strategies, and category-wise product offerings.
• Prepare presentation decks, swatch files, and styling concepts for seasonal launches.

Required Skills

BSc/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

7-10 years' solid commercial experience in software development using experience using Java8, Spring boot, Hibernate, Spring Cloud and related frameworks.

Experience with Angular 8+ versions, B.J‹JS 6, IS/TypeScript

Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Good understanding of Design Patterns

Proficiency with SQL database development, including data modelling and DB performance tuning

Ability to work with customers, gather requirements and create solutions independently

Active participation within and among teams and colleagues distributed globally

Excellent problem-solving skills, in particular a methodical approach to dealing with problems across distributed systems.

Agile development experience

Desired Skills

Experience with angular forms

Experience with dynamic forms/ dynamic angular components

Experience with java Spring boot

Knowledge of Kafka Stream Processing

Understanding of secure software development concepts, especially in a cloud platform

Good communication skills.

Strong organisational skills.

Understanding of test management and automation software (e.g. ALM, Jira, JMeter).

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Regression testing.

Previous experience within the Financial domain.

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Own a team of 15-20 Developers and QAs at various levels

 Provide continuous feedback, training and make sure team is working on their full

    potential at all time

 Review the architecture/design of a product/module/feature and provide feedback

 Architect, design and/or hands-on code the critical portion of a

   product/module/feature

 Mentor the tech-leads on architecting the product to deliver on-time

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation+ MBA from tier 1 colleges
• Relevant work experience of 5-10 years in overall business strategy, stakeholder management and also project management
• Prior work experience either as Chief of Staff or must have worked in a tier-1 consulting company
• Outstanding communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal and professional networking skills
• Ability to multi-task and also high ownership

• Interact and collaborate with Head of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Designers to understand requirements, communicate your design thinking and ideas. Create product solutions as quick sketches, mockups, high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes to solve the problem at hand. Review, refine and iterate designs and validate them with our users.
• Ensure intuitive and amazing experiences for our users by transforming complex product requirements/concepts into easy-to-use & accessible features.
• Craft every detail of new product features with pixel perfect design, understand the edge cases along with the visual expressions
• Create new patterns that are intuitive, develop scalable design systems with other designers in the team. Adhere to high-quality style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Identification of UX problems in collaboration with customer support and analysts, conduct layout adjustments, iterations based on user feedback, and analysis to increase product adoption.
• Adopt highly efficient design practices to own end-to-end design process (user research, wire-framing, prototype testing, pixel-perfect design solutions).
• Clearly communicate design logic, stories, and concepts to a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, analysts,s and product managers.
• Ability to think and visualize concepts originally. Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision and observe

• Bachelor’s degree in design or relevant field.
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (preferably mobile).
• Portfolio of professional UX design work for mobile (Android & IOS) platforms.
• Experience in building and shipping mobile/web applications independently end to end.
• Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations to design for platforms such as mobile apps(Android/iOS) desktop and responsive web.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
• Team spirit, good time-management skills, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, advanced problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Continued education and research into the latest UI/UX trends and current design strategies.

• Generate new revenue, identify and close new opportunities, aggressively prospect for new accounts and follow up leads.

• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
• Generate lead by cold/Hot calls, Emails, social media and client visits
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. 
• Constantly gather and report insights on competitive activity, market shift, opportunities and threats.
• Create new Revenue generation ideas and techniques.
• Build strategy to explore new areas to expand Background Check and verification services
• Should be responsible for complete sales cycle from initiation to closure.
