GALT Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Senior UI-UX Developers who can design and develop products from the scratch and build and lead a team of UI-UX Developers.
Job Profile:
The Senior UI / UX Developer will be partnering with engineers, developers and marketers to collaborate and iterate on the user experience of our products, conduct user research and create wireframes and designs. To accomplish this, he/she must be able articulate and illustrate solutions. The ability to prototype and implement proposals combined with industry practices and focus group research is also critical to the success of this role and a high level of Angular, HTML and CSS expertise is required. The Senior UI/UX Developer could have 2-3 Developers reporting to him/her.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and Participate in all phases of front end projects including requirements gathering, design, development, usability testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Improve and optimize GALT’s CSS and HTML standards for production and creative teams, using the principles of progressive enhancement for modern and legacy browsers
- Research and recommend CSS / JavaScript frameworks such as bootstrap with the aim of improving the quality, consistency and speed of our production process
- Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs with other members of the team
- Understanding GALT products and end user workflows that enable productivity and task completion
- Build high levels of ownership of systems within the team
- Provide expert support to our creative and production teams to balance usability and visual appeal
- Ensure development is in accordance with style guides and other requirements of the client/user
- Design/develop the java script library and front end pages from scratch

- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
