Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D interior designs for luxury villas, farmhouses and premium residences.
• Prepare 3D models, realistic renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion and Enscape.
• Prepare and interpret GFC drawings and coordinate with site teams.
• Ensure accurate Feet & Inches measurements and dimensional detailing.
• Develop material palettes, furniture layouts, ceiling designs, wall treatments and interior concepts.
• Coordinate with architects, project teams and site execution teams.
• Make design modifications based on project and site requirements.
• Ensure designs are practical, detailed and suitable for onsite execution.

Preferred Candidate

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design / Architectural Visualization.
• Experience in Luxury Villas, Farmhouses, Premium Residences or Hospitality projects will be an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior 3D visualization and architectural design work.
• Candidates available for Bangalore onsite work are preferred.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CLO 3D Designer to create realistic 3D garments and digital fashion assets using CLO 3D software. The candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric simulation, pattern making, rendering, and fashion visualization.

• Create high-quality 3D garments using CLO 3D / Marvelous Designer
• Develop digital clothing from sketches, tech packs, DXF files, and reference images
• Perform garment simulation, fitting, draping, and fabric behavior adjustments
