Paytail- Key Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager

As FlexiLoans enters its next orbit of growth, we’re looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a real impact. In this role, you will develop modern user interfaces for rich internet applications using the latest front-end technologies, while also building, optimizing, and scaling our Node.js backend platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, improvements, and fixes that keep up with our current and future scale.

What You Will Work On:

• Ensure high performance of both front-end and back-end applications.
• Collaborate with teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes.
• Build, optimize, and scale our Node.js platform and applications.
• Implement secure applications and data protection measures.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and internal web services.
• Develop user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies.
• Write tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.
• Make design and technical decisions for AngularJS projects.
• Develop application code and perform unit testing using AngularJS, RESTful services, and Java technologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
• Work closely with product owners to define and shape tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation.
• Experience with RESTful services and integrating 3rd-party services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express, Hapi, Loopback.
• Experience with build tools like Grunt or Gulp.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS/React, jQuery, NodeJS).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jasmine) and test runners (Karma).
• Hands-on experience implementing complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, and services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Good teamwork, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience running Node.js services at scale and building apps on AWS.

Qualification & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in both front-end (AngularJS) and back-end (Node.js) development.
• BS/BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsibilities : 

• Design, code, and implement highly scalable and reliable web-based applications.
• Coordinate with other team’s architect, engineers, and vendors, as necessary.
• Deliver on all phases of development work from initial kick-off, technical setup, application
development, and support.
• Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and
predicting future challenges
• Perform ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast-track
concepts, and delivering continuous improvement
• Work with product managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of
technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
• Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team
• Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback
• Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices

Qualifications : 

• Must have java experience
• Experience in computer science, computer engineering
• Web development work experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and
testing
• Experience with building RESTful APIs
• Expertise in objected oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms
• Thorough understanding of JSON, Web Service technologies, and data structure fundamentals
• Experience with adaptive and responsive development techniques
• Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
• Experience with a broad range of software languages and payments technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to interpret marketing and programming strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals effects to that strategy;
• Portray diverse storytelling with motion graphics, animation, and/or footage;
• Ability to design Creative Social Media Grids, Packaging, Logo, and Catalogue.
• Produce assets that are both strategically and creatively exceptional;
• Ability to understand and contribute to creative strategy;
• Design or convert storyboards into compelling motion graphics that contain images, typography, and/or audio;
• Design sequentially for animations, from conception to final output;
• Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines;
• Work in partnership with strategic and SMO Teams to understand and manage client needs;
• Generate compelling, innovative creative (e.g. trailers, TV spots, digital assets, etc.) for promotional content;
• Demonstrate the ability to create graphic elements as needed, and ensure that the design is in sync with the style guide and brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience from a well-known agency.
• Possess strong experience in current production and post-production techniques (including Avid and Premiere);
• Expertise in Advance Adobe After-Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and 3D;
• A deep understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital;
• Strong creative problem-solving skills;
• Strong understanding of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection, and all key aspects of audio-visual content;
• Understanding of print processes and creative production;
• Solid understanding of the art production process;
• Successfully manages time, process, and workflow;
• Superior desktop editing experience a must;

Skills & Expertise

• 2+ years of web scraping experience

• Experience with two or more of the following web scraping frameworks and tools: Selenium, Scrapy, Import.io, Webhose.io, ScrapingHub, ParseHub, Phantombuster, Octoparse, Puppeter, etc.
• Basic knowledge of data engineering (database ingestion, ETL, etc.) 
• Solution orientation and "can do" attitude - with a desire to tackle complex problems.
